"Very comfortable "

"I ended up here on accident while on a work trip. The hotel owner was so kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me resolve my error and showed the upmost kindness. I ended up staying for one night and having breakfast the next day. Breakfast was delicious, typical offerings of cheese, meats and pastries as well as fresh eggs and coffee. The grounds were breathtaking and serene. Green and quiet. The building was beautiful and the room was very spacious and had a kitchen and private dining area and fireplace. I hope to be able to come back to relax in this beautiful place. "

"This is a clean, convenient place to stay right by the autostrada and we have stayed here several times. Each time we are greeted by friendly staff. The rooms are nice, very large, and always clean. They have a dedicated parking lot and a good restaurant is on the property as well. "

"We stayed at this very special villa for 6 nights in September. Our host, Guido, was exceptional and we really appreciated his hospitality. We traded maple syrup for olive oil and he invited us to join an evening with his friends and family and made Prosecco/maple syrup cocktails! The property is an historic villa with loads of charm and character and it felt very calming to be here. Two of our favourite meals were in nearby restaurants ( Mandri and La Bottega Di Castagneto). The vista from the property overlooks the mountains of Tuscany and is spectacular. We had a wonderful walk/hike in the nearby Park Nazionale Delle Foreste Casentinesi. Next time we would take advantage of the nearby train into Florence. The pool view is gorgeous. Our weather was cool due to the end of September and the roads are typical mountain roads. Would love to return. "

"Very good hotel. I really praise the staff, specially those working in the breakfast. They are really kind and accommodating to our needs, projecting an awesome image of both the Italians and the hotel. Many things to highlight here, for instance: Daily water provision, big room (rare in Europe) delicious breakfast, good location, close to te city center with restaurants and supermarkets around. Bar open 24/7 wirh affordable prices. My only complaint: The gym is poorly equipped but the worst is the schedule, starting at 08:00 (too late to do something). Even worse, you have to go to the lobby and ask for the key. Once I went there to get the key at 07:40 and there was no human power to convince the clerk to give me it 20 minutes ahead…ridiculously stubborn from my point of view. Other than that, great place to stay. I”ll be back for sure!"
