Casa Pirato - Autumn apartment in 18th century villa

Characteristic house in the courtyard of an elegant villa with private swimming pool surrounded by high stone walls in a dominant position (view of the Ragusa coast) for a peaceful holiday in the outskirts of Modica and 6-15 km from Scicli, Pozzallo, Ragusa and the splendid coasts. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen-living room, a double bedroom with the possibility of adding an extra bed and a sofa bed for one and a half, bathroom with shower and large outdoor spaces (reserved parking spaces).
Guests will have access to the common outdoor spaces, private swimming pool, deck chairs, umbrellas, chairs and tables; possibility to organize barbecues on summer evenings.
Supplies included:
- linen: sheets and towels in sets per person / week, table linen for kitchen;
- end-of-stay cleaning;
- all the utilities and equipment of the house (parking, TV, BBQ);
- baby equipment (cot, stroller, high chair, games);
- welcome service and information on activities and tourist sites in the area, suggested based on the personal interests of our guests.
- a small bag of tea, coffee, spices and condiments in the kitchen, kitchen equipment.

The services available must be requested during the booking phase (bbq, TV, high chairs and cots).
We remind you that pets are not allowed in the internal rooms; the apartments are unsuitable for the disabled due to the presence of a few steps.
In addition, please do not smoke indoors and note that the surrounding environment potentially has a certain amount of allergens.
