"Lyndoch Grand is a magnificent historic building in a great central location in Lyndoch, beautifully furnished with local antiques. We stayed here as a group of 12 for 3 nights, a home base from which to explore the Barossa Valley. It's also an easy walk to the local IGA, cafes, bakeries, restaurants and brewery. The weather was extremely hot during our stay but the house was cool and refreshing. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking, and the communal areas were great for hanging out,...

"Wonderful property. Quality decor, beds, fittings, kitchen . Spent a long weekend with friends. Beautiful big kitchen which was very well equipped so very social cooking. Large dining table leading into sitting room. Rooms was large, very comfortable with linked quality bathrooms. High shower heads, big baths. Good heating . Perfect setting for day trips to the vineyards and convivial meals in the evening. Very peaceful, cannot recommend this house highly enough. Best weekend rental I have...

"The place was quaint but the air conditioner didn’t work nor did the fridge. There was ants everywhere and the grass was so high around it that snakes were a concern. Was in a lovely location over looking vineyards. Not what we expected, definitely an experience and bit over priced but the host was a lovely person. "
