"Clear check in instructions, clean and comfortable. It was a double apartment and had everything 2 folk would need. Plus little extras like washing up liquid, shampoo etc. The only awkward thing for me was that I was asked to pay using an IBAN transfer which I've never done before so I was a little uncertain. However after I'd delved into it, it was all straightforward and went through without a hitch."

"El apartamento Impecable de limpieza al llegar. Bien equipado en general. La tostadora estaba rota y en seguida me gestionarón una nueva. La comunicación en todo momento fue fluida y eficaz. La ubicación muy céntrica. Lo negativo la mala ventilación (las únicas ventanas a la calle son las de la cocina), y la alcantarilla del baño olía bastante, a pesar de ventilar y dejar el agua correr a diario. Supermarket across the road, train station ten minute walk away, good bus links also. "The overall experience was good. Just a little issue for the check in as I couldn't get the access codes on time because I wasn`t able to indicate that I was the only guest, not finding the way to change the number of guests (from 2 to only 1) and skip the part where it required to enter the information for a 2nd guest. It was resolved once I've found the Whatsapp support QR code in the elevator to be able to communicate with someone and have some help. Otherwise, I really liked the apartment...
