Nhân viên lễ tân nhiệt tình, vui vẻ. Nhân vien lễ tan kim tài xế huong dan viên tên Trung rất nhiệt tinh, dễ thuong va chỉ dẫn giúp đỡ toi trong chuyến du lịch này rất tốt! Tôi hài long ve cach phục vụ, nhân viên vui vẻ. Riêng về room 624 thì may lanh ko hoat đong, làm tôi thấy nóng nực và ngủ ko ngon giac. Khách sạn nên xem lại hệ thong lạnh và suởi riêng biệt từng fong để ko ảnh hưởng khách lưu trú!

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und die Zimmer ok, leider ist das Frühstück ein Kathastrophe, lau warmer Kaffee und wenn das Obst um 8 Uhr leer war, wurde nicht mehr nachgefüllt... Der Hammer war das "Check-out" wir mussten so lange warten bis das Zimmer gecheckt war und weil ein kleines Handtuch spuren von Lem, von einer Wanderung enthielt mussten wir für das Handtuch 1 Euro bezahlen. Das ist absolutes Jugengherbergs niveau!

Worst staff in Vietnam
Huge Soviet style hotel, the rooms are good if a bit bland. The service is non existent to downright rude. There are lots of staff doing nothing. No help with bags, key pretty much thrown at me, which then did not work, no one bothered to help with bags to room or even show where the room was. Check out equally unfriendly. Restaurant closed.

Upscale hotel with magnificent view
Beautiful hotel in the mountains. Clean room with soft comfortable beds and modern bathroom. Nice supermarket located across from the hotel. No problems with our stay here.

Nice Modern Hotel
Nice Hotel, the room was modern and well appointed, the down side was when we went to the restaurant, the two dishes I ordered were not available, this was disappointing, as there were not many people staying, but we went out to eat instead, which was not a bad thing, as there are many friendly small cafe's in the area.
