Mid-Century Modern - 3600sqft - 1 Mile to CBD Historic Surroundings, Walk to CBD

This AMAZING property was built in the 1950's in the Old Dauphin Way Historic District. The private brick driveway has parking for 6-7 cars. The property is a 3 bed, 3 bath, 3600 square foot suite. This is the perfect space for families, large groups and even those traveling for work. Our beautiful home is equipped with all the modern amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Highspeed WiFi, USB charging outlets and large comfortable furniture are just a few thing you will enjoy with each stay. When the weather is nice there is a back patio setup with tables and chairs and a Gas BBQ Grill. There is also a secondary patio upstairs with a wraparound portch, seating, gas fire pit and a large screen TV. You'll fall asleep soundly after a full day of activities in our uber comfortable beds.The interior has been beautifully renovated and contains all the modern amenities for families, large groups and even those traveling for work.

We are conveniently located walking distance to Starbucks, a grocery store and Downtown. You will just love the beautiful historic nature of our home and neighborhood.

Perfect place for family
We had an incredible stay here being in town for a family wedding. It had everything we could possibly need. The entire house is beautiful and all the amenities high end. We absolutely loved the second floor deck with the tv and the fire pit. So relaxing!

The porch of my dreams
We stayed here for tennis sectionals. This house is in a great location and the amenities were thoughtful. Great water pressure! Very clean. The porch was a perfect hangout spot for our team.

Excellent Place to Stay!
The Nest was the perfect spot for us to work remotely and relax while our daughter attended a conference in Mobile. The location is great - close to downtown and many restaurants. The home is very spacious and equipped for everything we needed. We enjoyed the outdoor sitting area and the very comfortable beds. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. Will stay here again if we are back in the area.

The Nest is better than advertised. It is a beautiful home and so very clean and organized. The location is very convenient. We stayed here for our son’s wedding in Mobile. The outdoor porch is amazing. I can’t say enough great things. The hosts are wonderful.

Amazing Thanksgiving in Mobile
From start to beginning, everything was great! Communication with the owner was easy and replies were almost immediate. The location of the property is awesome. The entired living space was super clean and there was every home necessity one may need. Just bring your food and you clothes and you're good to go We look forward to staying here again next year!

Southern Hospitality with Style and Charm
Our Family gathered for a wedding on the Eastern Shore in Daphne. This Downtown location is convenient to everything from the airport to Gulf Shores. The real charm is Government Street, Saint Mary's. Mansions, Shopping and quiet tree lined streets. Tbe home has everything, just pack your clothes and the kids. Spacious rooms fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare for an evening meal or a banquet. The only thing missing is a Grand Piano but there is enough room. I echo all the other positive reviews, but specifically I appreciate how well appointed and stocked this unit is. So many VRBOs skimp on consumables and silly things like soap, paper towels, detergent, etc. But this had more than enough for us. And the kitchen has condiments, spices, dry goods, plenty of utensils, and quality cookware. Awesome hosts and a wonderful spot for our trip! We will be back.

Perfect for our group!
We were traveling from Texas to Florida for Young Life camp and booked The Nest for a quick overnight stay in route. We regret that it was just a quick overnight because we absolutely loved the house. It was perfect for our group, the 9th grade girls felt "spoiled" like we had booked the nicest place for them, and the everything was as it was described and even nicer in person that the pictures.
