Second time staying here and plan on it again. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is probably the best free breakfast we’ve had in hotels and everyone loves on our dogs.

My room smelled of rotten fish. The front desk were helpful but the manager not at all. Customer service skills need refreshed especially when you're aaking guests to stay i. The room because there are no rooms available. The manager did not respont to.issue on the first day but the last day we were there and with half effort 3/10

The hotel claimed they will clean up our room every other day, but during our 9 day stay, we were only able to get cleaned once.

The beautiful young lady Kateland at the front desk was awesome. I hope I spelled her name right but she was wonderful. I room wasn't ready when we got there and she was very sympathetic and apologized. She kept us informed and check on us while we waited until our room was cleaned and we appreciate that! It's good to know that you still have good respectful people in the hospitality business. She was a sweetheart and I hope her boss knows that. Keep up the good work Kateland you will truly be blessed!!

The check-in staff was wonderful and polite. When we went to breakfast Ms. Wanda was always checking on everyone and went oit of her way to make sure everybody was taken care of and the breakfast was quite good.

Rooms were in great shape. Very much enjoyed begin in the hotel. The outside pool was a bit disheveled and not cared for as well as the rest of the property. Staff were very nice to interact with and helpful.

The staff was great! The breakfast was great! The rooms were clean and more than expected. There was a kitchen that had utensils, dishwasher, ECT. That was very convenient. The reason I gave a 4 stars is the pool was closed. I had business meetings and my child came an the main reason I booked this room was for the pool. It's Summer time, the weather was hot and the pool was closed. No one notified me that the pool was closed. I had booked my room in advanced. I would have stayed elsewhere had I know the pool was closed. If your looking for a great hotel this is was great. Next time I will call and make sure the pool is open.
