Downtown Mobile AL is the place to be during Mardi Gras and all year as the Entertainment District and LoDa continue to grow. Bon Aire Apartment is one block from Callaghans Irish Social Club and part of the Oakleigh Garden District. If you like old architecture and beautiful Oak Trees you will like Oakleigh.
You can walk to all the events downtown!!! Most parades pass through the circle at Broad and Canal. It is 5 short blocks to the start of Dauphin Street's LoDa district.

We have plenty of private parking and the Owner is present onsite.This apartment is on the second floor and is only accessible via a 15 step staircase.

In town for event at the Mobile civic center. Close enough to walk there and to Dauphin St. Very clean location. Would stay there again.

Awesome location and owner
We stayed for only a night on a whim trip. Bill was great and communicated with us throughout the trip with helpful information. The location was great and within walking distance to downtown. There was plenty of blankets, towels, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We’re very happy with our stay!

My family of 5 stayed here for a night while on a college visit to Mobile. The location was close to the main attractions of town. Apartment was very clean and just right for our family. Sparky communicated throughout the process and was a great host. I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay near town and it would be optimal for Mardi Gras.

We only stayed for a night, as this worked out to be less expensive than staying at a hotel while we were passing through. The Apartment was comfortable and clean. I would recommend!

Perfect for what we needed
We came in town for the Azalea Trail 10k road race and had several friends that wanted to stay together. This property is perfect for what we needed. Check in was easy, the location is great, and the property was very clean (the owner even left bottles of water in the refrigerator for us which was really nice). Highly recommend.

We had a great experience. We had originally planned to stay in April and due to unforeseen events had to reschedule at the very last minute. Sparky was very accommodating then and during our actual stay. He even texted to check in on us and offered tips about local specials.
