The Space:

Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. Step inside this lovely home, and you'll be greeted by a cozy living room, the heart of the house where you can unwind and enjoy quality time with loved ones. Here you will find a sofa bed, two armchairs, and a SmartTV. Enjoy home-cooked meals in the well-appointed kitchen.
With four inviting bedrooms, everyone in the household will have ample space for rest. Two bedrooms offer two double beds, one with a full-size bed and the last with a queen bed.
To ensure your comfort, this home boasts two comfortable bathrooms designed with your relaxation and convenience in mind; these well-appointed bathrooms will meet your needs with style and comfort.
Both the front and backyard provide ample space for kids or furry friends to run around. Plus, enjoy warm days in our backyard pool! A charcoal grill and utensils are available!
NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Nestled in a peaceful and tranquil neighborhood, this home offers the best of both worlds: serenity and convenience. Located just a short five-minute drive away, you'll find a variety of restaurants, allowing you to indulge in delicious meals without venturing too far from home.

Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
