The Space:
A short stroll across the lawn leads you to the picturesque riverfront, where opportunities await – whether it's fishing, swimming, or indulging in water activities. With its private boat ramp and space for boats to be beached during the day, Riverlyne is an idyllic choice for water enthusiasts.

Featuring six bedrooms and two bathrooms and a swimming pool, Riverlyne comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests, making it perfect for three families seeking privacy and ample space.

The inground pool enjoys views over the river, as does the undercover outdoor dining and BBQ area.

This incredible property is only minutes’ drive to central Moama, Rich River Golf Club and central Echuca. It is the perfect option for those attending weddings at Perricoota Station, Perricoota Vines Retreat or even Morrison’s Winery.
