"This property had the bare minimum. Everything was fine during the stay, but we noticed some of Kitchen gadgets weren’t working properly like the coffee machine. Property also needed some maintance (ie shower drain, closet door handle falling off). Overall layout worked for us with bed arrangements. Also nice to be on the first floor. Pool was great and warm. "

"Roomy, comfortable, clean, great views, easy access, LOTS of extras in the kitchen (crock pots, decorate plates, spices, flour, sugar, etc), games, nice two car garage to park and unload, hot tub conveniently located, swing set for the kids. SO many great thinga to offer! kifsthebkids"

"We have stayed in Rim Village before however, it was the first time in this particular condo. We like Rim Village because it is a nice area out of town that is quiet. Now this specific condo was very clean with nice furniture and well equipped kitchen. We liked use of garage. The owner was well organised providing information when needed. We would stay at this condo again."

"The facility was overall nice. Some things to consider; advertised hot tub is close during winter months, location is near a busy road with quite a bit of road noise and bowls and plates are plastic. Location is approximately 15 min from entrance to Arches National Park and even closer to downtown Moab."
