Welcome to Red Cliffs unit 6I! Located approximately 4 miles south of town, the brand new Red Cliff apartment style condos are in a prime location! You're close to Moab shops, restaurants, hiking trails and so much more. You can be at the mountains is 25 minutes or Arches National Park in 15 minutes.
Each condo is 1400 square feet including 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen, dining and living area, and a large laundry room. What's even better? A pool and hot tub have been added to complex! After a long day of hiking, you'll want to take a refreshing dip before going to your Moab home for the night Please note, there is no bike storage available at this property.

Red Cliffs 6I is on the third floor and located right by the complex pool and hot tub. You'll love the fun décor, spacious rooms, and overall comfy atmosphere. This unit comes fully equipped with an awesome kitchen where you can cook for your entire family. Your outdoor balcony has a propane BBQ grill and seating so you can enjoy the Moab sunsets.

Looking to bring your pet with you on vacation? We’d love to host you in this pet friendly property! There will be a $20/night fee for each pet. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, it will be added by our reservations team after you are charged your reservation total.

In order to protect you and the property we have partnered with Safely, a 3rd party screening and property insurance company. This screening is very quick and simply verifies your ID and checks against criminal and internal databases. It provides peace of mind should any small damage occur during your stay, and helps to eliminate credit card fraud. Nice place, too expensive during EJS
The condo was nice and we had one small problem that the property manager took care of promptly. One minor inconvenience is that while in a bedroom, you can hear people going up and down the stairwell outside. It's quite loud, loud enough it woke me up. Other than that the location is nice and parking near our unit was easy. I would stay here again, but not during EJS weekend. Everyone is charging too much too stay in town during EJS so after 13 years of going to it, it's too expensive now and we won't be attending in the future.

We loved our stay! The only weird thing is on the VRBO listing it shows it's in the middle of town and that is not true, it's a 10 minute drive to town. Also, the pool key was missing so we couldn't use those facilities and I didn't have any luck getting a hold of the property manager to get that resolved during our stay. Besides that we enjoyed the place a lot, it was clean and great for our family!

Instructions had location listed as #6l. We read that as sixty-one but it was actually building 6 unit I (eye). Very misleading. Would have liked to have coffee and laundry detergent provided. Nice facility and clean. Had difficulty figuring out how to turn on and work with the television.

Great location to visit Arches National Park
We stayed at this location in order to visit Arches National Park for the first time. There was plenty of space for our family and the location was clean, quiet and convenient to services and the park. The property management was responsive and flexible. Great Stay!

Very clean & spacious, with great amenities and appliances. Nice Smart TVs, laundry machines with detergent provided, pet friendly, comfortable beds + extra linens, pool, plenty of parking - the list goes on. Just outside of the main Moab strip, which we honestly preferred. Quick and easy drive to nearby activities. 10/10!

Dirt Bike tour of Moab with RMI
Wonderful condo with Beautiful views of the mountains. Clean and well maintained. Management company was responsive and helpful with check in. Highly recommend. Only negative comment is the listing with VRBO shows the condo in the center of town. Read carefully as the condo is 2-3 miles outside of town. I still give the place a 10. Very nice and modern condo.

This is a large 3 br condo. The pool & hot tub are nice amenities. The condo is in building 6, unit I which is up 2 flights of stairs & no elevator. The condo was clean & well stocked. It is a little ways outside of town.

perfect for our family
We have a large family of 6 kids with age ranges from 1 - 14. This place was perfect because there are actually a lot of "rooms" for napping or separating babies. The master walk in closet can fit a pack and play and the laundry room can also fit a pack and play - so really it is like 5 bedrooms! It was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked. I can't think of one complaint.

Great getaway rental
We stayed here with our group while dirtbiking Moab. Parking was plenty and the hot tub kept us riding the next day. The place is big with comfortable beds and has everything you need in the kitchen. Great place we will return!

Overall the property was just great. Felt safe to leave bikes locked up in the truck bed. Thoughtful touches were mattress toppers. Need to fix squeaky bed in first bedroom and stock more supplies for cooking in the kitchen like salt. Oh bring you own laundry soap, none is supplied.

Top floor unit bright with lots of room
Spacious and bright, top floor with big open ceilings. Lots of space for everyone and quiet being on the top floor. As a heads up there is not an elevator so be sure everyone can handle the stairs. Nice big deck and great views.

Great space near Moab
This property was a great place for me and my family during our stay in Moab. The condo was clean, well appointed, and it was easy to get to. This was our first time visiting Moab, and not knowing the area, I wished the condo had been a little closer to "downtown" and Arches National Park. However, everything was great, and there was no problems with the condo or the complex.
