Great house!
The house was perfect for a stay in Moab! It had all the amenities to make it feel just like home. It was close to downtown and close to hiking trails. Yard and hot tub made for very relaxing evenings after exploring all day.

This is a perfect Moab location and get away! You can walk to Main Street- bbq right by is excellent- wings are our fav. The house was clean, well stocked and management is very available and kept me informed. House is exactly as listed. If you are looking- this place is a yes!

We had an excellent experience at this rental! Everything was clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The management team was amazing! There was an issue with the watering system and the response was very quick. They had someone out to fix it within an hour. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great Location, very clean and well supplied
We’ve. Ever stayed at a VRBO that was so well stocked! All we needed were our own groceries. Communication exceeded my expectations. A bit disappointing entailed the backyard. Granted, Mother Nature threw a mean storm b4 our arrival and knocked the back privacy fence down, BUT… grass was too long for our small dog, remnant twigs and such from storm remained and no one ever came to do a temporary fix to the back fence. Gotta admit that security was more of a concern than it would have been. I did communicate the concerns and received immediate replies, but no action in back. That being said, we definitely would rent this place again. You are within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and public pool facility.

Great property and amazing location! Property was clean and well stocked. Only thing that needs some attention is the back yard. It could use a good cleaning up and some maintenance but it served our needs just fine. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Property in the Heart of Moab
Great communication with hosts throughout stay. House was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Convenient location to downtown Moab and Arches National Park. Wish the backyard was a little better maintained, but the hot tub worked as advertised. Home was comfortable and worked well for our family of five.

Moab base camp
We very much enjoyed our stay at Cottonwoods 347. The house was attractive, clean, comfortable, and a short walk from downtown restaurants; perfect for a family of 4 to use as a base camp for a week in Moab. We loved using the hot tub at night to relax after a day of hiking in the national parks. It was really nice that the living room TV had multiple streaming services available for the kids to watch during downtime. It was also super convenient that the house was fully stocked with soap, tp, towels and linens. We did have one issue that the hot tub wasn't working the first day we were there, but after a quick exchange of texts with the support team they had scheduled someone to come out to fix it and it was working by the time we got back from a day of hiking. The support team was super responsive and helpful.

All the comforts of home and more
The house is beautiful and well equipped but if you have anyone with mobility problems there are no safety handrails in the walk in showers and the 2 toilets are very low so we had to go buy a toilet seat with handrails for my sister who uses a walker. Otherwise there is nothing more you could possibly need there. We loved our stay there very much. Thank you for providing such a lovely home.

Mom’s bucket list
Stayed with 86 year old Mom and sister on this bucket list trip to Moab. Place was exceptionally clean! We loved using the hot tub every day and night. We had jet issues first night and owner of management company showed up herself in a short time to fix. We enjoyed cooking on grill and well outfitted kitchen. They thought of everything to make us comfortable. Suggest the Sunset Grill for wonderful view and appetizers. Had the best chili rellano at Fiesta Mexicana. Arches National Park was very accessible for my Mom and saw many views in 3-4 hours. Enjoyed Dead Horse State Park and Canyonlands too. Want to come back and stay in this place again with couple of couple friends.
