Newer modern southwest style townhome with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, covered patios with bbq grill and outdoor seating. Open concept kitchen and living room area. King master suite has attached bath with luxury walk in spa shower. Attached 2 car enclosed garage steps into laundry area with washer and dryer. Kitchen is equipped with all the necessities. Bedrooms include 2 kings, 2 twins, and a twin sleeper couch in living room. Living room has a 55" TV with blue ray/dvd player. Master suite and king guest room also have TV's. Located about 5 minutes from downtown Moab, this is a nice quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking around property for vehicles with trailers.

This property is centrally located between Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, river rafting on the Colorado and world class mountain biking trails.

Lovely stay in Moab
My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property…it was clean and met our needs-was lovely to have a home-base with kitchen and washer/dryer after the first part of our trip. Communication with Leslee was easy as was the check-in process. Would highly recommend.

Better Than Pictures
The house is great. It's better and roomier than appear in pictures. Located just on the outskirts of Moab. Very quiet and a 5 minute drive to shops and restaurants. No issues with the property and the communication with the owners was awesome. I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Moab.

Very clean and spacious
We loved this home. It was super clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the garage is huge. The only things that could make this 5+ stars would be a coffee table in the living room, blinds over the window above the master bed (and perhaps some blackout blinds as car headlights shine right through the existing ones), and a more inviting back patio. It was so nice to come back to a clean and comfortable space to relax after a day out on the trails. We would definitely stay here again!

This is such a unique and recently remodeled home. Love the floors, floor plan and decor. The owner was great to work with and extremely responsive when we had questions. Everything was top notch including the beds, linens, etc. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. You will not be disappointed.

We have stayed in this unit many times, and will continue to come back to it as often as possible. It’s roomy, has very comfortable beds, a nice covered patio, garage with opener, convenient washer and dryer, well stocked kitchen, access to a hot tub and pool (both clean!), and in a nice, quiet neighborhood away from town. Perfection!

With a little more attention to cleanliness, this could be a 5* property. The countertop in the kitchen had not been properly cleaned nor had the concrete floors and rugs throughout the property.

Wonderful and exceptionally clean
My family of seven truly enjoyed our stay at this home. The house is beautiful and we found it to be exceptionally clean (a fact verified by my family members). All the small things we normally forget when traveling it seemed that Leslie had already thought of, even down to her having coolers available that we used to keep food and water cold during our hikes. It is quite obvious that the owner of this property is thoughtful and cares about ensuring incoming guests are comfortable during their stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Beautiful home in Moab
We spent three nights at Pat's beautiful Moab home using it as our hub to visit Canyonlands, Arches and Dead Horse Point. The location of the house is on the opposite side of town for accessing the parks however we did not mind as it does not take long to cross town. The description/listing of the home was accurate and was everything we were expecting. Pat's home was extremely clean, well appointed and comfortable. The decor is very well done and made us feel right at home. We spent 16 days traveling to different places and this home had the most comfortable beds, in every bedroom, hands down. What a pleasant surprise and much appreciated after several days of hiking! Everything we used was in working order. One very minor suggestion would be to add some additional cloths storage in the bedrooms such as dressers. We had to keep everything we couldn't hang in our suitcases because of no suitable shelving in the closets. Again, this was a very minor issue and only be offered as an observation of something that would have improved upon an already wonderful stay. Pat communicated well and in a timely manner. Thank you Pat, we appreciate you letting us stay at your home.

Stunning. I am speechless (kind of).
So, I do not even really know where to begin, so I will just ramble. OWNER: Pat was fantastic. Extremely communicative, answered any questions very promptly and made the whole process an absolute breeze. I have stayed in many VRBO/HomeAway properties, and Pat is definitely the easiest and best owner I have ever dealth with. PROPERTY: This is where the speechless part comes in, but I will try my best. Everything we could need was stocked, clean, working, and organized. Towels, soaps, toilet paper, lotions, mouthwash, ALL and i mean ALL kitchen utensils and gadgets and dishware and silverware was there, and clean and ready to use. So, everything we could need, it was there. OK now to the good stuff. it is BEAUTIFUL. this house should be in magazines. The polished concrete floors are gorgeous, all the woodwork and cabinets were a beautiful wood stain with a grey coloring, but still showing the wood grains. It was almost hard to process it was so good. The kitchen is gigantic, and again, it is a magazine kitchen, pure and simple. the furniture was extremely comfortable, blankets provided by the plenty. the TVs were huge!! and the living room TV is on a rotating mount, so you can see it in any direction. the living room was fantastic, with blackout curtains so it can get very dark!! but you open those curtains and BAM! glass patio doors leading to a view of the beautiful mesas and La Sal mountain range. And the view from the master bedroom is just amazing. the beds are UNREAL. I assume they are tempurpedic memory foam mattresses, and the master bed is huge. we slept like a couple of hibernating bears. What more could you ask for? AREA: Gorgeous. Right off the main road, so easy to find. close to everything!! We were at arches in twenty minutes, the La Sal mountains in 20 minutes, but all you have to do is look out the window and see how amazing the location is. BOTTOM LINE: Stay here. you can thank me later. You absolutely will not regret it.
