"Solo trip for 4 nights. I was on the top floor facing the pool and it was overall pretty quiet. Of course there were people and kids in the pool from around 3-10. I kept my window open my entire stay. Nice to have fresh air. Hotel is located just outside of Moab proper. The hotel grounds are big and nice, not a concrete jungle. Good place for dogs. I also liked that it is privately owned. "

"Check in/out was easy. House was VERY clean and had almost everything we needed. Communication with hosts was easy and pleasant. Great location. "

"We walked across the parking lot to the Blu Pig for an excellent dinner! Dogs were very welcome! Although the remodeling wasn’t finished in the breakfast room, their temporary set-up in the conference room was abundant and very well monitored. We were so impressed we had to tip the gentleman replenishing hot items, busing tables, and tidying up!"
