Property was clean and neat inside and out. Wonderful parklike area by the pool. A little further from downtown than we thought (1.9 miles) so walking in was more time consuming. Thought there would be a BBQ on the patio but not there and that was disappointing but otherwise great and we recommend it

There is a little park on the property. I would actually call it an oasis. You have to check it out, it’s by the pool. Great location, very well kept. The little breakfast/coffee bar on property is also amazing!!!

We had an amazing time in Moab. The condo was just right for our family. It gave us a space to relax. The resort it is located in had a nice pool and spa, which we all enjoyed. It is located in the perfect location to eat, drink and visit the National Parks that are adjacent to the city.

Moab getaway
My son and I visited to celebrate his college graduation, we couldn't have asked for a better 'home base'. The location is perfect for a wide variety of activities and the home is beautiful. We appreciated the balcony for breakfast and dinner, lovely views. The home is clean, spacious with comfortable beds and a wonderful kitchen. Highly recommend!!

A great home base
This VRBO provided the perfect home base for our family to return to after our days adventuring and exploring all that Moab had to offer. It was clean and offered all the conveniences of home with the full kitchen and laundry which we utilized. We wished it would have been communicated or listed on the page that the pool and hot tub were both still closed through our visit but even as we checked in the information still listed May and June. This was our only disappointment. We loved the location and all that it offered. We would stay again and will definitely recommend this property.

An oasis in the desert
The condo is located in a great spot that is close to everything you would want to do, parks to the north and downtown to the south. As for the property it was clean and well maintained with a nice pool and park area. We had 8 staying in the condo and it was very comfortable for everyone. I did make a call about not having enough pool towels and within an hour a Vacasa representative showed up with enough for everyone. Also, on our last night, a group of young boys showed up that we’re a little wild and the site employees addressed before any guests were distributed. Thank you!

Condo was great. Clean, nice, excellent location. Everything was in working order, nice balcony, and kids enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay there again. While there, we enjoyed visiting/hiking Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, Dead Horse Point State park, and hiking to Corona Arch.
