BRAND NEW right in the heart of downtown Moab! Located one block off Main Street on Center Street. Bring the whole family, the family next door, the aunts and uncles... or just enjoy it all to yourself. Guys or Girls trip... you each get your own bed. Bring all your toys and safely store them in the oversize garage. Store your trailers at the back of the property. LOTS OF PARKING. The kitchen will satisfy the most particular gourmet cook. The temperpedic memory foam mattresses will allow a great nights sleep. Lots of room for everyone to stretch out. Enjoy grilling on the BBQ on the back patio. Enjoy the quiet and peaceful location.

Beautiful place in the heart of Moab. Location is great and you can walk to restaurants in the downtown area. If visiting Moab this a great place to stay at.

Perfect location, amazing space!
We loved the new townhouse near everything downtown in Moab. We rode our bikes to the park, walked to get dinner and enjoyed early morning walks to grab coffee.

Great home in Moab!
This house was beautifully decorated, clean and has a well stocked kitchen. The house is perfectly located within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend and would stay again on our next trip to Moab.

This was a fun place to stay in Moab that was close to downtown, walking trails, and fun for our two families to stay at. We enjoyed the big open living space and the beautiful large windows that let in so much natural light.

My Niece and I stayed here for 2 nights. The property looks just like the listing and is in the heart of downtown. We got into town a little early and Deb was very accommodating and let us check in a bit early. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had an excellent stay here. The property is immaculately clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Moab. The best restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. Deb was an excellent host as well. Don’t hesitate to book this property!

Great place to stay
We were there for a golf trip with some buddies. The place accommodated us well with all of the bunkbeds. The convenience of being one block from Main Street was really nice. We could walk most places we needed to. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and son-in-law stayed for 2 nights. They said the home was extremely clean, soft towels, sound machines; and was close to town. They will definitely try and stay here the next time they drive down!

Loved staying here! The place is very nice! Everything was clean, and comfortable! Loved having a garage. You can walk to anywhere in town. I can’t say enough good things about the place! 5+!!!

Great location: we walked to restaurants, cafes, bookstore and post office! There’s a little library right outside. The place: loved having a secure garage, comfortable and stylish furnishings, plenty of towels, plenty of dishes. There was even a pencil sharpener. We loved it.

We loved everything about our stay. The unit was perfect. The garage was very useful and the unit layout was great for hanging out and cooking. The place feels new, is well laid out, close to everything and walking distance to a lot of restaurants, bars, bike shops, shopping, etc… The garage is great for vehicles & bikes and the outdoor patio is a nice touch.

The house has a no shoes policy which is actually great because it translates to the overall cleanliness of the property. It’s right across the street from everything! Location location location Great amenities! Will be back!

Everything was very nice. The only complaint I have is ….I did not appreciate three random vehicles in the parking lot. Parking with trailers is tight when the people in unit B also has trailers. Why would three random vehicles be parked here every day and night, vehicles did not belong to us or the people in unit B.
