"Easy to find, clean, central property with all the basics you'd expect and polite receptionists. My room really was quite basic however, only 1 pillow provided and no bedside table or lamp which I found a bit strange and inconvenient. That would be my only complait though, everything else went smoothly and it was a nice place to stay. For the price in it's location, I'd probably go back again. "

"It was a very spacious and clean space but the AC was not working and the shower head was broken. When I tried communicating with the staff, they did not answer my calls or emails. It was really hot and we had to shower with a bowl because the showehead didnt work. "

"Terrible experience. We reserved for an apartment with kitchenette and only when on the spot (9 pm) we were told that, due to overbooking, there were only two hotel single rooms available at higher rate. After poor and somewhat ridiculous explanations over the issue, the least the reception could do was to send us to another hotel."

"We rented a two bedroom apartment at Anenská 1, which is close to the train station, but somewhat outside of the city centre. Any convenience of being close to the station was however reduced by having to pick up the key at Medena 10. The apartment is small but well planned, but in a very bad condition and filthy.
