Nous avons appelé pour informer de notre arrivée dans la ville et demander des précisions sur l’emplacement, on nous a dit que personne ne parlait anglais et ils ont raccroché. Deuxième appel cette fois ci avec un chinois, réponse : il n’y a pas de réservation sans même nous demander notre nom. Troisième appel, pas de réponse. "It was blatant FALSE ADVERTISING. It says explicitly on the Expedia website (which I have open in front of me as I write this) that it is in central Beijing a 15 minute walk from Tiananmen Square. In reality it is a TWO HOUR DRIVE from central Beijing, out in the countryside somewhere. When I learned that, I had my taxi turn around and return to Beijing to find another hotel. I am not paying for this fraud and am going to take legal action against them for misrepresentation."

"Wanted to write and say how good my stay at this place was. Reasonable price and good location. It can be very pricey to stay in Water Town and this is great alternative. It is about a 30 minute walk into W/T (nice walk which I did several times when shuttle wasn't running) or would shuttle for 3Y into town.
