"We stayed here with our two year old and four month old. Excellent view from the ocean-facing room and very family friendly. The room was very comfortable and the restaurants in the hotel were good. There’s bike hire available for the kids and a very clean indoor pool (outdoor pool closed when we visited as it was winter)"

"Okay we have rated the overall stay as good. The property and rooms were good and comfortable. The staff excellent. BUT the breakfast left sooo much to be desired, not the least of which was what should have been hot food actually being hot, even just warm, but every morning what should have been hot food was stone cold. Memo to restaurant manager- invest in some heat lamps to keep bacon, eggs, sausages pancakes, fish etc at least warm. It was such a let down. Without doubt the coldest hot food...

"Great room, little bigger than expected. Superb location at Miyazaki station. Good breakfast, heater worked great, bathroom kind of spacious with separate tub/shower. Quiet, very clean. Solid hotel."

"Super friendly and helpful when checking in / out. Clean, cheerful and conveniently placed additional items by the elevators if you need them. Including breakfast was convenient, other than a couple of items don’t expect western style breakfast - as long as you’re good with that you’ll be happy 😆"

"Bonus was the onsen but tourists were not following the onsen protocols. They should be made aware of what is proper instead of just jumping into onsen. Very disturbing to see and watch!"
