"Disgusting!!! Avoid at all cost. Upon arrival the caravan stunk There was mould in the fridge with leftover food which had also gone mouldy Wee in the toilet No gas/water/electric upon arrival we had to wait for the owner to.tell us how to plumb this... after 2.5 hours of waiting. The oven had no shelves for us to cook and only 1 hob worked. We decided to leave within 3 hours of being there once we found alternative arrangement. The owner refused to refund our 3 night stay aswell deeming it...

"The flat was not as it looked in the pictures. Turned out to be a pokey studio flat with a view that had other windows looking down into it from a distance of 10 feet away. Coupled with the sound of roosting pigeons just 5ft outside the window as it was a kind of courtyard. The advert stated free parking. This is incorrect these properties have NO parking onsite. My partner and I didn’t stay, we relocated to a premierinn. I would avoid this place. "

"The Hayloft is a lovely property. It is very stylishly appointed - an extremely comfortable bed, fab modern bathroom and a small kitchen area for preparing breakfast. It’s very well located for visiting the Suffolk coast. "We were able to gain access to our property alot earlier than stated and was very pleased with the quality of the apartment and the sea view's. All we required, that's food and entertainment was literally out our front door and no more than 100 metres to the left and to the right. Would definitely stay again.
