Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully designed space with high-end finishes and modern amenities. The open-concept living area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, with large windows that flood the space with natural light!

We offer contactless check-in via smart lockbox. However, we available to answer questions and interact as little or as much as our guests desire. We are passionate about all things Montana and are happy to offer recommendations.

Within walking distance of the UM campus. Quick access to downtown Missoula and I-90. 13 minutes from the Missoula Airport. 20 minutes to the Blackfoot and Bitterroot Rivers. 2 1/2 hours from Glacier National Park.

With smart locks we have a seamless self check-in process. We are available 24 hours a day to answer any questions or handle any issue that may arise. We are happy to interact as much or little as the guest prefers.

The main entrance leads you to the main stairway that guides you to the second level that provides a covered outdoor patio, perfect for a quiet morning coffee. In addition on the second level you'll find an open-concept living room and kitchen, alongside two cozy bedrooms and a full bath, offering the perfect blend of style and functionality.

The top floor is a private retreat featuring a spacious bedroom, full bath, and an additional living area complete with a kitchenette. Step out onto the rooftop terrace from this level to enjoy breathtaking views, ideal for relaxing or entertaining. This unique layout offers plenty of space and privacy, making it a perfect getaway for families or groups.

Need -a- Lift , Uber, Lyft are available but this is a very walkable location to both downtown and university.

As an extra service to our guests, we can provide a baby high chair and/or pack-n-play travel bed, upon request, free of charge. The property includes year round views of the Clark Fork River and is a seasonal water front property off of the Target Range irrigation channel, which is fed from the Clark Fork River.

Parking is right in front of the home and allows for 2 vehicles (parked end to end in front of garage). If there are additional vehicles over 2 please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist in finding a solution. No parking on the street in front of the home between 8-5 p.m. Monday-Friday, as the University of Montana tows in this residential district. The guest parking pass is available for use during the time frame listed above (there is a 4 hour max). We can provide a map from the city that highlights no-citation parking areas within walking distance of the home if you will need additional parking.
