Mountains of Memories!!

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom / 1 bath home.  The main/master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the two remaining bedrooms are also furnished with queen-sized beds, comfortable for sleeping 6 people.  We have a Pack and Play and high chair available. The living room is furnished with a Smart TV, and a comfortable sofa for sleeping 1 person.  The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with all the modern conveniences.  Situated near the river, guests can enjoy an afternoon of swimming and fishing and later watch the sunset from the patio off the living room. Video Doorbell is present at the front and back exterior doors of the house.

Great family stay
We had a wonderful weekend at this place. My daughter graduated from UM and it was an easy distance from town, campus, coffee, restaurants. The backyard was perfect for our small gathering of friends & family after graduation! Hot tub a delight in the evenings and neighbors so kind. The train did come through often, but it didn't keep us awake at night so we were grateful for that!

UM Graduation Weekend
House was great for the weekend - location close to UM campus; the hot tub was well used! the backyard was a nice hang out spot. The house was great for our week in town.

Quick Ski Get Away
We were very pleased with our stay. The girls and kids needed a place to be while we went skiing, and this was the perfect spot. Quiet except foer the trains, clean, lots of amenities (even for the babies), and super easy communication and check-in/out process. I would certainly recommend this place to others looking for a place to stay!

Visiting Missoula to see family
This is my second time to book this home. It is everything you would expect per listing. It is extremely clean Kitchen is well stocked. Back lawn is fenced. Quiet neighborhood but a very short , easy distance from downtown. Will always check this rental for availability when I come to Missoila.

Great location for Bonner activities
We had a great short stay at this property, conveniently located near kettlehouse amphitheater. There was cornhole, netflix, horse shoes and a hot tub. The place was clean, organized and the fridge had a lot of condiments stocked. Thank you!

Perfect Choice

East Missoula Easy St house
I rented this place over Thanksgiving where five humans and one dog stayed and had a nice, relaxing time cooking, eating, napping, eating and watching movies. And the yard was great for my pup. Hardly even noticed the trains!

We had a great time with family. The house easily fit all of us, especially in the backyard. We have a spa at home, so the spa directions were not that hard to follow. The best part of the location, is the public access stream across the street. We spent alot of time there! We met the neighbor, he was very nice and friendly. I have no complaints and would book again!

Family & Girls Weekend
This property was perfect for us. Close to the KettleHouse, fenced yard for our elderly dog (although he was able to push the gate open while we ran to town, the nice neighbor returned him), close to river access, and clean & comfy. The house is dated but clean, with nice bed and bath linens, themed bedrooms, newer TV and W/D, and the trains never barreled through or caused too much noise, in fact it was fun seeing them. We are all from MT so it was no surprise to have a bear in our garbage, we didn’t hear it or see it, but had to pick up the mess (including trash in the can from previous renters). Everyone was very happy with this rental and it was the perfect location for our family to gather, relax, laugh, and enjoy each other. Thank you!!

Totally worth it!
Very nice place in a quite area- even the train is very quiet :) Super easy getting on and off the interstate as well. We had an amazing time and really appreciated the patience and communication with the owner when we needed to. Highly recommend for your Montana trip!

Great Place Close To Kettlehouse
Matt was very easy to work with, he made sure everything was dialed away. We had a question about the hot tub, boom, he responded. Despite only having one bathroom, 8 people in the house didn’t have any issues with that. The hot tub was great, the horseshoes were fantastic, the train going by was not bothersome at all (quite quiet actually), and the commute to Kettlehouse was a breeze. This place being dog friendly was a huge bonus, the back yard was perfect for the puppers to have space to play. Great spot would definitely come back.
