We were placed in a stinky smoking room with non working TV, a sink that leak water, room keys that didn’t work (the manager finally gave us a master key so we can go in and out). The hotel look liked an abandoned place from a horror movie and the lobby was totally empty for hours at a time. "We have a wonderful stay at the west memphis radisson. The hotel is less than 10 minute drive from downtown Memphis and Beale Street. The room was clean and spacious with a desk chair, loveseat that doubles as a pull out bed and sittong bench. It was nice to have seating options over than just the bed also it was also very comfortable. The breakfast is above par for price point. The price is very fair for the location and amenities and i will definitely seek here out first upon visiting Memphis again!"
