The location was close to highways so it was easy to get around, yet it was a quiet oasis. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed each nights rest. The beds were super comfy!

Cute house!
This house is in a perfect location close to so many restaurant, shops and activities. Downtown KC was just a short drive. Our family had plenty of room and the kids loved the bunk bed.

Perfect location!
We loved staying at Vanessa’s property! The space is perfect for a family or for a few couples traveling together. Everything was as advertised and the property was spotless. The host was also very quick to communicate and answer questions. The best part is this is such a great location in Kansas City! We were 10 minutes from pretty much anywhere we needed to go including the downtown area. The driveway parking for a few vehicles was a plus. We will definitely be returning next time we are in town.

A perfect holiday getaway

Quiet Comfort
What a cute house at the end of a quiet street yet still with easy access to a couple of highways. We loved seeing all of the bunnies and fireflies. The kitchen is well-stocked compared to most places and the property manager was great about checking in to make sure our trip was perfect.

Comfortable stay
The house was comfy, with just enough space for the four of us. Back yard was great to play games in or sit on the chairs on the deck. Nice to have a grill with a full tank of propane to use. Vanessa was great to work with, quickly answering any questions and solving a small issue we had.

Great location. Quite neighborhood. It is legitimately the perfect spot for being in the middle of what you need and all the cool places to check out here. Couple of recommendations: Remotes for the TV were spotty, but functional Tell us how to keep the home warm at night. We don't have a nest

Clean, Comfortable & Cozy
We had to come up on short notice due to a death in the family. Vanessa was super accommodating and got us in right away. The house is in a cul-de-sac and in a great location. Close to the Plaza, Fairway, Target, Starbucks, etc. The house was super clean & fresh, beds were AMAZING and the decor is just adorable. Back yard and porch were perfect for what we needed. It was a comfortable stay and MUCH better than staying at a hotel. Thank you Vanessa we will definitely book again!

First time VRBO rental. House was very small. Floor was sagging in places. Couldn’t sit on toilet because bathrooms were small. We opted to try this over a hotel. I guess I just expected more for the money. Overall wasn’t bad. House has tried to be modernized but has issues

Best property manager ever
Such a great place to stay and loved the location. This was one of the best property managers with whom I’ve ever worked. The property had an issue with the AC not working and it became very hot inside the house. The property manager immediately sent over maintenance to work on the issue. In the meantime, the property manager offered to move us to a different site not very far from the first house. Everything was perfect at that location. I was so impressed with all of the items offered in the kitchen including spices, coffee, creamer, etc. I have never stayed at a vacation home where they provided these simple but needed items. The beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean and the temperature was amazingly cool. I appreciate the willingness of the manager to move us to a new location with such a major mishap with the AC. I would highly recommend and return!

The house is older, but expected in that area of KC.
The overall stay was good. The house was older, but clean. Wasn’t there to entertain or for a modern stay. The purpose of the stay was to be close family and have a place close by to sleep while family is in the ICU at KU Med. The place served is purpose as needed.

We stayed in this sweet little home with our entire family. We were in town for a dance competition. The home is very centrally located! We loved the ease of navigation through the area to get to places. The home has a great back yard area for kids to play and it is super safe too. The house almost seems secluded because it is at the end of the road. We enjoyed our stay!

We stayed briefly at this location and it suited our needs. However, we were disappointed as we were unable to enjoy backyard due to having no furniture (despite listing showing furniture), the WiFi didn’t work, and we had issues with power loads in master bedroom (where a/c, lift bed, and as much as a charging cell phone caused failure). Lastly, auto gen messages through ap were untimely and didn’t feel super courteous. These are all very minor gripes and would still recommend the property. I would stay again at this property as property manager did acknowledge these things and I am sure they’ve been addressed. Still a four star property even with these minor issues (I just have to be 100% honest).
