BEDROOMS
All bedrooms are uniquely designed, providing ultimate comfort. The beds ensure a comfortable night's sleep with luxurious, high-end mattresses and bedding. Bedrooms 1-4 are located on the second floor, Bedroom 5 is on the main level.
- Bedroom 1, the primary suite, features a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and access to the second-floor balcony.
- Bedroom 2 includes a king bed and TV.
- Bedroom 3 includes a queen bed and desk for those working from home.
- Bedroom 4 has a double bed.
- Bedroom 5 is located on the main level of the home and has both a queen and double bed.
**ALSO: Two twin rollaway beds with memory foam mattresses, a queen-size blow-up mattress, and pack n play, are available.**
BATHROOMS
There are three full bathrooms, two with bath tubs and one with a walk in shower. One bathroom located on the main level and two upstairs, one of which is en-suite with the primary bedroom.
Plush towels, toiletries, and other essentials are provided for your convenience and comfort.
KITCHEN
The heart of the home lies in the beautifully remodeled white kitchen, featuring modern finishes, custom tile and granite countertops, and an eat-in kitchen area. You will feel at home with a fully stocked chef's kitchen that includes everything you need to cook meals for large groups.
KID-FRIENDLY
We have a pack n play, high chair, dinnerware, books, and games.
There is an in-unit washer and dryer located on the main level.
Guests have access to entire home, except the basement and garage.
Our home is in the best location in the Kansas City area! Within 10-20 minutes from all that KC has to offer: the Power & Light District and the T-Mobile Arena; The Plaza; Arrowhead, Kauffman, Sporting KC, and KC Current Stadiums; Kansas Speedway; River Market; Union Station; Town Center and Oak Park Shopping Malls.
Your safety and well-being, and our neighbors’ right to a peaceful and quiet neighborhood is our top priority.
Violation of any of these rules will result in a $1,000 fine (per violation), and immediate termination of your stay, without refund.
- No parties or events.
- Only guests staying at the home may be at the home.
- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- Bring activities indoors starting at 10pm; outdoor quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Park cars in the driveway.

**Rules for those staying with a dog:**
Only well-behaved and fully potty-trained dogs are allowed. The fee is $200 per dog, per stay. Maximum of 2 dogs.
- Dogs are not allowed on any furniture, including beds.
- Pick up waste.
- Keep food and water bowls on the tile floor (by the back door), not on the hardwood floors.
- Dogs must be crated if left alone.
- Do not leave your dog unattended in the backyard.
If there is any damage, excessive cleaning is required, or the above rules are not followed (e.g., waste was not picked up), an additional fee will be charged.
