Summary:
Nicely updated brick tri-level home located just a few mins to Notre Dame. The kitchen offers stone countertops, stainless steel appliances with all of the cookware, dishes, and flatware needed to cook a wonderful meal for your family. The home features 2 living areas both with smart TV.s along with 2 eating areas. Three large bedrooms and a full bath are located in the upper level with an additional bedroom and full bath on the lower level.
The Space:
Modern style home with modern finishes, great entertainment space both indoors and out.
Beds: 2 of the upper bedrooms have queen size beds, 1 has full size bunk beds. The bedroom in the lower level is a queen, the couch in living room has a pull out queen bed and the lower level sectional couch is also modular and can be made into a king size bed.

Home is located in a quite subdivision but close to Notre Dame and the local UP Mall area.

Additional house rules
1. Guests will be charged in full for any damage or violations of the house rules below.
2. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation.
3. All guests must complete HomeStayHQ’s online check-in form to stay with us. This may require a photo of guests’ government-issued ID and personal information to verify their identity and comply with regulatory requirements.
4. Check-in starts at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.
5. Smoking/Vaping violations are subject to a 250 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages. Illegal drugs of any kind are prohibited and not allowed on the property, including Marijuana.
6. Parties, gatherings or events and excessive noise are not allowed, including outside on private balconies, decks, patios or shared spaces, only the guests you listed are allowed on the property. Please respect our neighbors!
7. Do not share access to the property with anyone other than who’s on your guest list.
8. Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.
9. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.
10. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
11. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
12. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damage that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be charged to the guest’s credit card.
13. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may be removed from the property.
