We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and easy to find. We would suggest a milder fragrance fabric softener for the linens. Other than that we enjoyed it very much.

Perfect location!
This place was way ‘more house’ than we needed, but so close to parks, the riverwalk, affordable, and walkable to the wedding we were in town for….we couldn’t pass it up! Big old house that had everything we needed for a comfy stay with our dogs. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet and we felt safe and at home.

Very nice updated older house with lots of character. Two blocks from Central Park which is a nice place to walk, fish, play pickleball and more. Owner/manager was quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect!
I decided to book this house for a bachelorette party this weekend, and when I say this house was the perfect spot for it it WAS ABSOLUTELY the perfect spot! From the kitchen, to the living room to the bedrooms was very spacious. The house was spotless and smelled very clean with we checked in. It Definitely served my purpose! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

Home away from home
Perfect place for my large family with a wonderful host. A lot of other places miss the mark, there’s enough places to sleep but not a big enough kitchen table or dinnerware etc, but not this place. It had everything we needed to feel at home during our stay. This was the most enjoyable trip we have had to Indiana so far. The host Brian was easy to get in contact with and quick to respond to any questions I had. Can’t wait to stay again.

Great house for a group
House was very good overall. Reasonably priced for the size and location, good functionality of kitchen and other spaces. It is fairly bare bones, it’s not catering to luxury but more being clean and functional. As long as you’re prepared for that and not hoping for luxury bedding or amenities, I think you will be very pleased with the service and the overall space.

Very nice house
The house was very nicely decorated and cozy. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. It was close to some good restaurants and a riverfront park. I liked that the backyard was fenced in for our puppy. We were in town for a rugby tournament at Notre Dame and I thought we were going to be a bit closer than we were. Overall- great stay and Brian was very quick to respond with any questions.

spacious home for any occasion
This home had everything we needed for our stay during our daughter's graduation. With our big family, the adult children loved having a bed to themselves with 2 queen-size beds in the rooms. The house was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our family and for hosting a few of my daughter's friends and their families for dinner. The location is close to restaurants, shops, and central park. We walked to the park and enjoyed the river, watching the baby geese, and eating lunch in historic downtown Mishawaka. Some of the bonus characteristics of the home were the big porch and the beautiful staircase that looked original-to-the home. The owner is super responsive and easy to work with.

All was fine
The house was just as described. There was plenty of room and everything we needed was there. There must have not been enough time for the house cleaners to finish up because the dryer was still running and there was still items in the washer. I finished everything up cause I wouldn’t want to leave wet items in the washer for a couple of days. Other than that, all was fine.

Perfect Home for Groups!!!
This home was absolutely perfect for us! We hosted a good size bachelorette party here this weekend and it could not have been a better experience!!!! After other plans didn’t go as expected, Brian was able to get us into the house a little early and so helpful and understanding. We all had enough room to spread out but also fit in the main living room space so we could hang out and play games, but also could break up into smaller groups throughout the house as we wished. Everything was so clean and clearly well taken care of. Everyone said the beds were comfortable. The house was absolutely spotless. Check-in was super easy and Brian was quick to answer my messages even before check-in. Thanks to Brian and team, what could have been a complete disaster turned into a great weekend that we all be talking about for many years to come!!!!

An older home with issues
The home itself is in good order and clean. There are however several issues that need attention. 1. There really isn't "free onsite parking" the parking is on the street and you get what you get. 2. The home upstairs is not livable in the summertime. It does not get cool. We were there during cooler days and it was hot upstairs. This means the only viable bedroom to sleep in is the one downstairs, with 2 full size beds in it. He does have 3 fans upstairs, 1 box and 2 stand fans, and even with those, it was very hot at an 84 degree day. 3. There were a few other issues that were communicated to the host and I'm sure that those will be taken care of. The host was great on communication, and very pleasant.
