"Your quick responses have been appreciative and overall experience has been ok. I understand the house itself is over 100 so things are limited. 1. The "bedroom" that is a sun room needs addressed on the ad. Had all the families actually came thru and stayed at location it wouldn't have worked, as no one could have stayed in that room. 2. The ac issue for 2nd floor, was taken care of quickly.. thank you 3. There was soiled linen and blood on a pillow. 4. Allergies could be an issue with the...

The photo doesn't do the size of this hot tub justice...COMFORTABLY fits 10! Look out onto the firepit, bbq deck and basketball court while relaxing

"Great house to stay in while visiting South Bend. Beds/linens extremely clean, house overall is very clean and comfortably fits a large family/group of friends. Convenient to all stores and to Notre Dame campus -a short walk or a quick car ride. We highly recommend this property and would consider renting again on our next visit."
