"The hotel was exceptionally clean and pleasant, with a courteous and helpful staff and a wonderful spa. While spa services were not included in the price, this was not a significant issue due to the relatively low number of guests. The restaurant food was satisfactory, though not outstanding."

The only issue I had, was the check in: it wasn't clear until when is the reception open. Downloading yet another app and filling forms with information I already have in my Expedia profile, while waiting on a very hot lobby was a bit annoying. "

Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use. I arrived at hotel very tired from long trip the check in fiasco took over an hour."
