The Grand, Garden View at Baytown Wharf

If luxury, comfort and entertainment is what you are after, look no further. This newly renovated studio unit perfect for romantic getaway or for a couple or with a couple of kiddos. The sofa bed is only comfy for one adult or two small children, therefore, I am only advertising for 2 adults. The room also has all new furnishings, including bed and linens. You will want to enjoy all the great restaurants that the area has to offer, thereby not really needing a full-blown kitchen. You are at the Baytown Wharf Entertainment area so who wants to cook? The kitchenette does, however, include a toaster oven, microwave, and small refrigerator and small freezer to hold a few items to make your stay more comfortable. There is a new keyless entry system which is super convenient. No keys are needed. There is a private gym area with every type of machine you would want. If activities are what you are after, the immediate area has golf, tennis, jet skiing, paddle boards, bikes, kayaks and private shuttle service to the private beach area that also has an open-air beach-side restaurant/bar. There is also a great fine dining restaurant and fantastic rooftop bar and pool next door at the Effie which is attached to The Grand and a short 1 minute walk away. As you meander around the back Grand veranda, you will see our spacious Caribbean inspired pool area complete with poolside bar service during the peak season. If you need a golf cart, there is a place to rent them within walking distance. If shopping is your passion, you can shop til you drop in the Baytown Wharf area and also as you enter the East Gate of the Sandestin Development, you will see The Grand Shopping District complete with all types of very nice restaurants and high end boutiques and chains from across the country. There’s something for everyone at the Sandestin Private Development area. If you are a Walmart shopper, it’s literally 5 minutes away as well. Also don’t, miss the highly advertised 30A area which is 15 minutes east with a great restaurant on the water called The Vue with Jamaican inspired dishes and further down the road you will find more shopping and restaurants. And of course, what Miramar Beach is known for is the clear turquoise blue water and our sugar white sand beaches. It’s quite literally the Caribbean of the United States.
