Stroll over to Sandestin‘s private beach, just a short ride away in your very own complimentary golf cart. This neighborhood is surrounded by beautiful lush wetland landscaping and overlooking the scenic lake. This home has excellent upgraded furnishings, kitchen, and baths to provide you with modern comfort during your travels. An extended outdoor patio allows you to relax and unwind while you enjoy the beautiful Emerald Coast breeze.

As you enter the spacious living area and wall to wall sliding glass doors that open up to the oversized balcony and have the perfect view of the lake.

The living room has been newly decorated with top of the line furniture and a 46" large flat screen TV, DVD player and the couch pulls out into a queen size bed for additional sleeping accommodations. The Kitchen is equipped with beautiful granite and cabinets that are stocked with all the housewares items you might need if you're staying in for the night.

The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, flat screen TV and balcony access! The master bath has a double vanity with a walk in shower.

Awesome stay!
The place was beautiful, clean and well-decorated. The lake view from the balcony was amazing spot to relax and unwind after the day’s activities. A plus, we were allowed to used 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and small cooler when we went to the beach. The only thing we were disappointed was the golf cart only for 4 person as shown in the website. We wish it was 6 person cart, so we used our car to go places inside the resort. We worked it out ok. Overall, it was an awesome family vacation! Thanks, Silvano

Great trip
I wantef a beautiful and relaxing trip to FL with my elderly parents since it may be our last chance. It was perfect - well, up until mom fell on our last full day! But up until then, the grounds are so beautiful, bayfront wharf was a nice surprise, Sunset Bay Cafe pool was great, and the golf cart allowed us to get to the Beach House and Grand shopping area with ease. Beware of association president - a bit too much of a busy body for me. Manager was very responsive. Only thing is we are used to more supplies being available and little personal touches. Highly recommend!

Great weekend getaway
We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. We found the condo setting so very peaceful. The deck / patio area is very large. The kiddos especially loved waking up to all the turtles 😊 The condo was perfect for our family of four, very well stocked! The owner was very responsive & the golf cart was an added bonus. We did not use the bikes but were thrilled to find some chairs & sand toys. The property is about 5 minutes from Baytowne Wharf & 10 minutes from the beach.

Beautiful Property. The property sits in the middle of SanDestin Beach and Resort so it is a big community on the opposite side of the beach. The resort is not easy to maneuver. We enjoyed our stay with the exception of; the beds were extremely unfortable, the golf cart was very old and hard to maneuver, the unit is poorly insulated and the residents above us walked as if they were coming through the ceiling. I could even here them talking. We were able to make frequent contact with our host when necessary. He was very friendly and patient.

Lovely home, great amenities, very responsive owner.
The home was exactly as pictured. It was clean, updated, very comfortable, and had a beautiful view right on the lake. The location was perfect. We really enjoyed having the golf cart to get around. There was plenty to do close by including restaurants, shops, fun activities for kids, the beach, and golf. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Many thanks to the owner who was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We so appreciated it. Loved everything about our vacation will definitely plan to return!

Great location
No need to fight the traffic around town. Everything you need is just a short golf cart ride away. Shops and places to eat are right there in the resort area. You can cruise over to the beach through the tunnel in the golf cart and even take it to the wharf for dinner. We liked the condo being tucked back a bit away from the busy areas because it was quiet and peaceful yet it was still close enough to everything we needed. Bonus the shopping mall is right around the corner. We had a great time and enjoyed the cozy condo with a great view.

Beautiful Destination
Sandestin is a sight to behold. With over 2400 well manicured acres of beautiful homes, and lakes, and walking tracks, and villages, and shops…we were never at a loss of things to do. Close proximity to other beach towns was an added bonus! Unfortunately the weather was on the chilly side, which defeated the purpose of getting out of cold NJ for the month of February. But of course we know that couldn’t be controlled. The condo was great. It was spacious, clean, sunny, and the lake view is incomparable. It is everything the description promised. Owner /manager quickly responded to our calls. The one disappointment we had was the golf cart, which definitely needs to be checked, and perhaps the battery replaced. Although, the manager sent someone out to check it the two times we called, it always showed the battery drained. So we did not take it out for fear of getting stuck somewhere and having to have it towed back. It definitely would have been more convenient and more fun to use the cart to get around the complex, since parking is limited. The HOA is very active and definitely on top of things and will not hesitate to bring something to your attention. But we understand that is what keeps Sandestin the beautiful destination it is. Would definitely return to this location.

Good info on how to get there and where to park. Clean in and out. We have stayed at other VRBO and there is usually spices, plastic wrap and aluminum foil. No big deal but if we had known this we would have brought from home. Bikes had flat tires. The remotes for the tv were not with the tv they belonged to. It took a while to figure out. Over all thing were Great.

Nice, quiet little spot for a 3 day weekend birthday trip. Loved the large patio area. Unit had everything we needed. The only complaint is we couldn’t find the remote that controlled the volume on the tv in the living area. Would definitely return to this unit.

A Rainy Getaway
Unfortunately, the weather was less than ideal with heavy rainstorms throughout our weeklong stay. Due to this we spent more time in the unit than we had planned. Since this unit is on the main floor it was VERY loud when the guests in the unit above us were home. The bicycles noted on the unit description had flat tires which was disappointing as our teens had planned to use these bikes. Maybe it was due to the rain, but dead bugs throughout our stay on the kitchen counters was gross. We wish the communications we received after booking would have been combined to just one document instead of multiple pieces that were repetitive.
