- Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities: 1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, Hand Soap Bar.

- Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.

- Weddings & Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur.

- This is a NON-smoking property.

Amazing stay
We loved staying here. The beach access was just a short walk away. The golf cart was great we toke a ride every night. The only thing it needs is bigger pans for cooking.

October Vacay with Family
We enjoyed our stay very much. It was wonderful to have a private pool at the home. The golf cart helped very much to go to the beach!!! You asked for ways to improve I would say the mattresses need to be updated. Not a comfortable night of sleep. We did have to go out and purchase a cookie sheet to be able to make A few things. Overall a very good stay!!

Great Stay
We had a wonderful family trip at this property! It was in a great location to restaurants and shops, and having the golf cart was very helpful for getting our four kids and items to the beach quickly. The pool and backyard area was beautiful and so relaxing when the kids needed a break from the beach! We would definitely stay here again. :)

Close to Everything!
We were excited about how close this home is to so many things! You can walk to the beach, the stores, and to several restaurants. We were happy that our hosts were easy to communicate with and provided us with local recommendations and things to do in the area. The house was clean, modern, and very comfortable!

Great pool house
We had a very nice stay at this house. The backyard, with the private pool, was such a nice place to relax with plenty of seating. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is very nicely updated and clean. The house is located on a quiet street with easy access to the beach right up the road a block or so. Patrix was friendly and responsive to work with. Will stay here again.

Great Pool!
Such an amazing private pool! The backyard is like a private oasis and was very modern and very nice. The house is cozy and updated and clean. The beach is so close, it’s just outside the neighborhood and a quick stroll from a few restaurants and the outlet mall too. Communication was great with the hosts. Will be coming back for sure!

The pool was great!
The house was nice. Unfortunately the master bedroom has a bed so high, I could barely get into the bed. It was also very uncomfortable. There was stuff in the closet. My daughter’s bedroom did not have a functioning remote control, so she was not able to watch tv. There are 2 trash bags and some toilet paper provided. You have to go buy your own. You are allowed 2 towels per person. No towels to dry off for the pool. There are no amenities, so take packets of things to use. A new picnic table outside would have been great. There was a ton of paint flaking off in chunks. The clean up fee was a little high, considering you had a list of things to do to clean when you left.

Our wonderful stay in Emerald Cove at Seaspray
Our stay in Emerald Cove at Seaspray was one of the best family vacations we have ever had. The home was beautiful, functional, clean & the location was just right! So close to everything we needed. The neighbor’s were awesome! The private pool and the cute back yard was so welcoming. The use of the golf cart to go to the beach, stores & shops was an awesome addition to our stay!! We will definitely come back to this location!! Thank you for sharing your home!
