Newly remodeled! Golf Cart, 2 bedrooms on 1st floor, pet friendly!

This spacious, three-bedroom condo with loft is located in the quiet beachside neighborhood of Beachwalk Villas. This shaded and quiet neighborhood is minutes from the beach and all of the activities at the Village of Baytowne.

The downstairs has an open concept with high ceilings- the dining room will seat six and the breakfast bar will seat three. The kitchen has updated appliances and hard surface countertops with a full-sized dishwasher, side by side refrigerator with ice maker and water in the door! The kitchen is completely stocked with dishes, cookware and serving pieces for those large family meals.

The first/ground floor contains two bedrooms each with their own bathroom and a full-sized washer and dryer in the hall.

The upstairs contains the master suite with a king bed and a master bath with double sinks, shower, and a bathtub. The loft includes one sleeper sofa and two twin-size beds.

The Living room has a sofa, loveseat, and comfy chairs, and opens up on to the patio which has a view of the lake- a wonderful place to recoup after a day of running around the resort.

We had the best time!! Nicely remodeled & very clean rental. Enjoyed the pond in the back yard for fishing. Easy access to the beach, pool, ponds & Baytowne Wharf with the golf cart provided. We will definitely be back next year for our 3rd trip.

Great Place at the Holidays or Anytime
This is the 2nd time we stayed therein last two months. This home is very inviting and a great place to stay. Owners are very accommodating. The main thing about a vacation get-a-away is picking the right location and this place you can access the beach or fine dining in minutes. As older visitors, Beachwalk Villas is a great place to stay.

Perfect Villa
We had a long stay the month of Feb. and it was perfect for us and our pug. We had family visit for a week during our stay and it worked out great for 11 of us! Villa was clean and updated, we loved the neighborhood feel and enjoyed sitting out by the lake having coffee. We would love to come back!

Had whole family (8) staying in house for the week. House was great and easy to find. Shelly was great to work with and golf cart was a plus in getting around the resort. Weather was not so good.. beach was closed 5 out of 6 days due to rip tides. Lots of room in house for large group using upstairs and down stairs BR Good time by All..
