Black out drapes make sleeping cozy for anyone sleeping on the sleeper sofa or master bed. Spacious Balcony with room for everyone. Great spring break spot
Went for spring break with family of five; great location. Right on the beach, near restaurants and shopping. Beach wasn’t too crowded for spring break. Condo was clean and as advertised. One note - hot tub is for 14 and older only.

Great condo right on the beach. I wish we would have know there was construction happening on the building, but the condo itself was adorable and super clean. Pool was heated, which was amazing in the colder weather.

I will happily book here again!
We had a wonderful stay this week at Edgewater! The condo was perfect for me and my mom and could have easily fit more family had we chose to bring them. It was clean, nicely decorated and had a great view from the huge balcony. We spent a lot of time out there when we weren’t down at the beach or pool. The owners were great with communicating the readiness of our condo and made sure we had everything we needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this listing again.

Edgewater is the best place to stay in Destin
This is our 3 rd time staying at Edgewater. Every room has an Oveanfront view. It’s amazing. The room we stayed in was recently updated and was so comfortable and clean. We felt like we could stay there forever!! We will be back next year!!

This condo was perfect for our vacation and had everything you would ever need!!! Condo was nicely decorated and very clean!!!! The property is great and the view from the balcony is perfect!!! Fantastic place!
Edgewater was fantastic for family. We have twin 7 year olds and a 3 year old and they loved the two pools, kiddie pool, and playground. We didn’t spend much time on the beach because they loved the pools so much! Room was comfortable and outfitted with what we needed. If we could have changed anything, we would have preferred a different kind of mattress in the primary. It was uncomfortable, but anytime I or my husband moved, the other felt it.

Amazing Views!
Loved looking out of the living room windows and main bedroom and seeing the ocean! Unit was clean and updated. Smooth check-in and check-out process that made things hassle-free, which is amazing with kids in tow. Unit had everything we needed and was beautifully done as far as furnishings and decor. This condo had much more room to move around than other 2-bedroom beach condos we have stayed at- it was lovely! Grocery store and all necessities are super close. Loved it so much we tried to book it for our next trip but it has already been taken!
