When you book this two-story charmer, you are also granted access to fantastic on-site amenities, including two sparkling outdoor pools and deeded beach access via a wooden boardwalk. The sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico are just a quick stroll away. Discover amazing restaurants, coffee shops, shopping (Silver Sands Premium Outlets and Destin Commons), and must-visit attractions within a short walk, including Henderson Beach State Park, Gator Beach - The World's Greatest Alligator Park, The Track, Destin History & Fishing Museum, and Destin Harbor Boardwalk.

Upon entering this professionally decorated home, you will be greeted by a bright and spacious living/dining area that is perfect for hosting get-togethers. Rest comfortably on the inviting sofas and get ready for a fun-filled evening watching your favorite shows and movies on the TV with a soundbar. During the winter months, you can cozy up in front of the gas fireplace in the living area. The living area leads out to an expansive private brick patio adorned with tall Italian cypress trees, a Tuscan fountain, and ample seating options throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless steel appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare delectable homemade meals and showcase your culinary skills. Coffee enthusiasts will appreciate the convenience of the Keurig coffee maker that is available. The main level also features a laundry room with a washer/dryer and a bedroom with hand-hewn beams from New Orleans and a built-in bookcase.

The second level features a cozy seating area and two additional bedrooms. The primary suite boasts a TV, an en suite bath, and a private covered balcony with rocking chairs overlooking some palm trees. The third bedroom also has a TV and an en suite bath.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
