Curacao is a lovely, airy, remodeled beach house that has it all!
Great location in Miramar Beach - easy walk to the county's largest beach access! Curacao is a large, bright beach house with 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms sleeping up to 14. It is 2 blocks from our driveway to the white beach sand.
In the backyard you'll find the private, heated pool (pool can be heated for an additional fee) with lounge chairs perfect for soaking in the Destin sun in the private fenced in backyard. There are chairs, loungers, and a firepit. There is a gas grill to host memorable BBQs for your whole group.
Indoors you can prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and all the cookware you could need during your stay.

Great house for our Family gathering! Grandchildren & Adults enjoyed Beach time & pool time! Very nice outdoor accommodations! Loved the large dining table!

The beach was great- short 6 minute walk
Location next to loud RV park, house is great. We had 6 of us and it was just right! Shops and restaurants in walking distance. Golf cart was a great add on!

Ladies Weekend
The location and property were perfect for our ladies weekend. A wonderful kitchen with a 10 seat island that we literally hung out around all the time. Bedrooms and baths were great and the coastal interior was beautiful. Our hosts were very available for any questions and information. Loved our stay!!!

Great space!
Our family had a great trip in this house! Our only drawbacks were we wished the pool was a bit larger for how many the house can hold. For family’s with small children, note that the kids bunk room is on the level of exterior exits to the pool, garage, and just a flight of stairs from the front door. Just something to be aware of but GREAT space, super nice and accessible owner and property manager, great neighborhood and we made the walk to the beach several times with many toddlers. It’s close and easy! Thanks!

Enough room for 9 adults.
Enjoyed the large extra long pub table and 10 chairs. Glad we rented the 6 passenger golf cart. Easy to get to beach, coffee shop, and souvenir store. Pool was supposed to be heated but it wasn’t working so owner promptly refunded the fee.

Beautiful, clean property minutes from the beach!
Two families of five stayed at this property and there was tons of room to spread out! Walk to the beach was easy and when we had a few cooler/windy days we hung back and swam in the backyard pool. There is a fair amount going on beachside but the area near the house was calm and not rowdy at all. A perfect way to spend spring vacation with teenagers and tween children!

FAMILY BEACH TRIP
The house was very clean which was important as we had 4 children under 4. The pool was perfect for our family and nice to relax and enjoy the sun about the pool. The golf cart was a must for us but you can walk to the beach as well. A few minor issues were fixed promptly by the property manager. I would gladly rent from them again!!!

Home was good, several issues we addressed were handled, pool area was good, grill was not clean, golf cart key was not in box had to make several calls to correct. We had several issues with areas not cleaned well. We don't recommend due to construction noise next door at this time. Location was ok, we've stayed in better locations.

Incredibly gracious homeowner and a stunning beach house!
I can't say enough good things about our stay at Sunny Treasure. The pictures do not do this home justice. It is beautifully appointed, super super clean, spacious, close to the beach, and more than we could've ever hoped for. The homeowner, Sue, was quick to answer any and all questions and was very accommodating to our needs. We had the best experience. I can't imagine staying anywhere else when we visit Miramar Beach! We hope to return soon! Thank you so much, Sue. I truly appreciate your hospitality!

Great house close to the beach!
We have a wonderful experience at Sunny Treasure. The house was very clean, kitchen was fully stocked and the garage had tons of beach toys. We also rented the golf cart, which was very easy and super convenient for getting everything to the beach and running quick errands. House is a very short walk, maybe 5 mins, to the beach and located close to everything you need. We took the golf cart pretty much everywhere we needed to go and were able to get there within 5 minutes. We also used the bikes to grab coffee down the street in the morning. Will definitely return and recommend!

Beautiful, large, spacious, well decorated house. Outstanding!
There were 10 of us (2 10-year olds, 2 15-year olds, assorted adults). Plenty of space to move around. Very large kitchen area. Boys loved their room with bunk beds and games. They dubbed it their "cave". All bedrooms are large with plenty of closet space. TV's in all bedrooms and den. Hook up for 6-seat golf cart in 2-car garage. 3 bikes. Plenty of beach toys, etc. Large public beach about 6 blocks away, near Pompano Joe's. Renting a cart makes it easy to get to the beach. We all had a great time due in part to these great facilities.

Beautiful!
We just returned from staying here for the week. There were 9 of us and the house was set up perfectly for our families. The house was beautiful, clean and spacious for all of us. The only complaint, and its not necessarily a complaint, we felt the pool was quite small for a house that can sleep up to 14 people. There is only enough seating by the pool area for 7, and 3 of it being lounge chairs. Thankfully the ocean was warm and we spent each day there. We actually never used the pool simply cause its too small to do much in it other than stand. I wish that there had been some kind of beach towel supplied as well. We ended up buying 9 new towels and with traveling it was something we needed to make sure we had room to bring home. Overall the house was perfect for our vacation!

Beautiful home but the construction
The home itself is beautiful and very well stocked (pretty much everything you would need). The only issue we had and why I gave three stars was for the construction going on right behind the home. We stayed for a week and for five days (Monday through Friday) it started at 7:00 am and continued until 5:00-6:00 pm. Not only was it noisy but there were workers staring into the backyard all day while you were trying to enjoy the pool. When you have two girls, 18 and 23, not something you particularly enjoy! We feel the construction going on should have been disclosed. We would stay at this home again but only when all the construction has been completed.

It is truly a "Sunny Treasure"!
My friends and my family stayed here 2 weeks ago and we had a blast! We had a great spring break in this fabulous "home away from home". Everything we expected and needed were here. We are 4 families and with 5 rooms available, the bunk room served as an extra room for the boys. Having bathrooms for each family are also a plus. We loved the open concept of the kitchen and family room. It made our dining and family bonding enjoyable. The pool although small, made a great addition to this property. We love that it can be heated for a small fee. 2 washers, 2 dryers?- very thoughtful of the owners! Sue is very kind. She provides the answers to all my questions in a timely manner. Thank you, Sue, for recommending to rent the golf cart from Scott. He is very detailed and helpful. We enjoyed having the convenience of going back and forth to the beach and groceries in style :) I recommend this place to anyone who seek fun, sun, and relaxation all at the same time. We all want to come back to Destin and stay here again! We already miss Sunny Treasure! Wiwin

The house has everything you need but beach towels! It was awesome. One family with children upstairs, one family with children downstairs and grandparents on the main. Mitch was very well stocked. Golf cart a big plus! Would definitely stay again.

Lots of space for our group. Pool was nice for the little ones and for lounging. Very nice set up with the numbers of bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen and grill were nice for making dinner at the house. Golf cart was a must!

Family getaway
We had a great time at Sunny Treasure. It was my family of 4 plus in-laws (family of 3) it was great that we could each have our own floor of the house and own bathrooms. Paying for the golf cart and heating the pool was totally worth it. We loved the pool noodles, sand toys, and beach chairs/tent/wagon that was supplied. The owners were great at responding quickly with any questions we had. Pompino Joe’s had amazing food and was just a couple of blocks away. Having the beach chairs and umbrella set up daily for us was a great perk too! We loved spending the mornings or evenings at the beach and swimming in the pool in the afternoon when it was shaded :) If you want total privacy in the backyard this may not be for you as the neighbors can see in from their balconies - but we didn’t have any problems with the other renters.

This was our first family getaway during COVID. The property was so clean and well put together. We had 3 different families staying in the same house and it was perfect! Everyone had their own space. We had 3 young kids and the smaller pool was perfect for them!

Pleasant experience
We enjoyed the property and location. There was an issue with the dishwasher, but the homeowner let us know prior to our arrival and made other concessions for the inconvenience. We visit Destin every year, but typically stay at a resort. We were not comfortable with that this year due to Covid. We primarily stayed at the property to social distance. It was a pleasant experience.
