You'll have access to the amenities of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort, including four on-site golf courses and beachside and bayside areas. The popular Village at Baytowne Wharf is a short drive away as well, offering restaurants, nightlife, shops, and outstanding activities for kids.

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: FROM 10/30/24 - 2/1/25, TOWER 2 WILL BE UNDERGOING BALCONY RESTORATION. TOWER 1 RESTORATION IS PROJECTED FROM 2/1/25 - 5/1/25. DURING THIS TIME THERE WILL BE HEAVY EQUIPMENT ON SITE, CONSTRUCTION NOISE, BALCONIES COULD BE INACCESSIBLE, AND WINDOWS COULD BE BLOCKED. PLEASE CALL IF YOU HAVE FURTHER QUESTIONS. COMPLETION DATES MAY CHANGE DUE TO WEATHER AND OTHER UNEXPECTED DELAYS.
A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 am to 10 pm and makes several stops around the resort. There is an app that can be downloaded to track the tram as well.

Your property does not allow motorcycles, rental golf carts, boats, trailers, or over-sized vehicles/buses.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
