Vacation paradise! Absolutely everything you want or need is at your fingertips in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.

This charming and immaculate, just renovated 3/2, accommodates 6 (2 King Beds, One Queen, One Queen Sleeper Sofa) with a large dining table, 3 sitting areas, 2 televisions, free WIFI, and a patio table overlooking the 17th fairway! All in a bright and open floor plan.

Minutes to the beach, 2 community pools, tennis courts and 4 golf courses! Explore and experience all the fun of Baytowne Wharf which boasts numerous exceptional restaurants and free concerts, fun family activities (a zip line, climbing wall and amazing playground!) all accessible by golf cart. This friendly community will welcome you with abundant activities to choose from. Don't want to cook? Hop over to Grand Boulevard (within the Sandestin Community) where you'll find Emeril's, Cantina Laredo, Grimaldi's Brick Oven Pizza, PF Changs, and Starbucks. Here you'll find exclusive boutiques, specialty shops and renowned retailers such as Anthropologie, Billabong, Chico's, J.Jill, and Pottery Barn, to name just a few. A 10-screen movie theater and numerous outdoor events will round out your activities. After a day at the beach, we suggest dining al fresco at The Beach House at dusk, and witness the most breathtaking sunset of your life on the most beautiful sugar-sand beach your toes have ever had the pleasure of sinking into.
But... if you want to stay in and cook, hop in the golf cart and over to Publix (which is still within the Sandestin community) and cook at home in our fully stocked kitchen, or grill out on the back patio and watch the golfers finish up their rounds. Whatever your vacation style, we are confident you will love and enjoy our home, and the all-inclusive, fun and fabulous Sandpiper Village in Sandestin.

One of our favorite vacations. The cottage was absolutely adorable and spotless and had all the necessary amenities and more. Kristen was wonderful to work with. Having the golf cart was such a bonus- we loved touring all the amazing areas within the resort. We’d give this property 10 stars if we could. You will not be disappointed.

The house was very clean and up to date. Beautiful decor. Very relaxing and only minutes from the beach. Pools very close as well. Love how close to Baytown, so much to see and do. Close to great food as well.

This property was absolutely perfect for our group and Kristen really goes the extra mile to make sure you enjoy your stay. She communicates beforehand so you know what amenities the place has, and even has great tips for you to enjoy your stay. There is a book with even more details and restaurant recommendations/menus in the cottage as well. The place was quiet, comfortable, and we loved the location. We cooked several nights, and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. The golf cart is indeed brand new and functioned flawlessly for us!

Great Vacation
This was an amazing week of vacation. The house was exactly as advertised. Kristen and her family are the best. Sandestin is the place to go to and Kristen is the one to rent from. We can’t wait to go back!

I can't say enough about how nice this home is. Not only is it beautiful, but it is comfortable and in a great location. Every detail was thought of by the owner and the golf cart was a wonderful addition. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Perfect cottage and location for our yearly girls trip!!
House was super clean, organized and all common use items were supplied! We loved staying at this cottage. The owners and the neighbors were so sweet! There were plenty of chairs and umbrellas for the beach, beds were comfortable and we loved the 6 seater golf cart. We definitely recommend this property and looked to try and stay here next year!

Perfect getaway for all ages
This place was perfect for our week’s vacation! From the start Kristen was awesome to communicate with and answered all our questions about the property and the area! It was in a great location with lots to do for the adults as well as the teenagers. The weather wasn’t very cooperative during our stay, but there was plenty to do in the resort and outside the resort. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in this beautiful area!

Relaxing family getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cottage! Kristen was incredibly responsive and answered all my questions. Their cottage is beautifully decorated and has ample space for 5 adults and a baby. Nice, quiet community too! We loved using the golf cart and having access to the pool. We really enjoyed our stay and greatly appreciate the hospitality!

My wife and I are booked this cottage back in March and we’re extremely looking forward to our stay. We were blown away with this property and the care that Jon and Kristen put into the cottage. We love this beautiful house….plenty of room/perfect floor layout……perfect for kids to play in sunroom and front room. They have desk behind loveseat …my son in law used desk to play games and work. Beautiful backyard. Also they have golf cart that we used a lot. Everything is perfect…for sure we will rent this place again.

New Years weekend stay
Kristen is a great host. She makes sure you have everything you need. This was the second New Years spent in her lovely cottage. She is so thoughtful. She provided us with a bottle of champagne & a box of chocolates. The 6 person golf cart is nice to drive to Baytowne for dinner & to Publix. Everything is nearby & makes it a wonderful place to visit. We hope to stay there next summer as well.

Tranquility at the Beach
This cottage has been the best place we’ve stayed in yet over the last 5 plus years that we’ve been coming to Destin. This was our second time staying within the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. The cottage and all the amenities exceeded our expectations. The 6 passenger golf cart, beach chairs & umbrella and beach towels were a definite added bonus to our stay. This meant that we didn’t have to pack heavy beach towels in our suitcases for the plane trip and saved lots of money from having to rent the beach chairs. The cottage was tastefully decorated. We already miss it and can’t wait to com back!

A great getaway
This cottage was perfect. Exactly as described and better. The amenities were spot on. Electrical outlets for the bedside so you may charge your personal electronics! Genius level stuff. We had never been to the area and was there to attend a wedding. I knew I wanted better than hotel rooms so began a search. This place was a gem. Many thanks to the hosts, in particular, Kristen. We will be back!
