Also only a 2-3 minute walk to the Baytowne Conference Center & Sandestin's® now open Hotel Effie. PLEASE NOTE THIS UNIT IS PART OF THE GATEWAY CONDO ASSOCATION WHICH DOES NOT CHARGE FOR PARKING. THE GRAND SANDESTIN COMPLEX IN JANUARY 2023 BEGAN ASSESSING EACH OWNER A FEE FOR PARKING OF WHICH MANY ARE PASSING THAT FEE ALONG TO THEIR RENTAL GUESTS. This is the perfect 'beach' location with tons of food choices, shopping, golf, tennis (or pickle ball), a grocery store, putt putt & ofcourse the actual beach all within a short walk or ride on a golf car!

We came to this area and Baytowne Wharf for the first time, to celebrate our sons 13th birthday. The condo was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Dave was easy to communicate with before, during and after our stay and the detailed instructions provided for every aspect of our stay were super helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!

We came over for a relaxing long weekend The condo was convenient to shopping and the beach. Clean and very nicely appointed. The host was very accessible. Highly recommend paying the extra for the gold cart use. Will definitely stay again!

The best Mother’s Day gift I have ever received was a week in the sun with our babies at this beautiful condo! Thanks for the wonderful week of memories made, everything exceeded our expectations. Location was perfect for all things our kids enjoy and Dave was a fabulous host, ensuring everything went smoothly for us from start to end. We will definitely be back. Dave gave incredibly detailed information about everything we needed to know, which I greatly appreciated. The condo was beautiful and clean! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. It was my husband and I and our 1 year old. I would defiantly recommend adding on the golf cart it was worth every penny. Dave was spectacular and very caring. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect place to Get Away
We loved the location of this condo. Right in the heart of shops/restaurants/pier, yet quiet and private. We loved having the golf cart to roam the neighborhood but especially to get to the beach and many other restaurants. I was confused by the photos- the balcony is overlooking beautiful treetops- and the parking lot, not the pool, which is in a completely different building. But it was a nice place to enjoy the mornings/evenings. We also really appreciated how communicative the owner is. He resolved any issues with quick responses. Hope to get back here again.

My family and I loved staying here. The convenience to the village and all it has to offer can’t be beat. The owner was in contact to make sure everything was going as it should and was also super organized with helpful hints for things to do. We also opted in for the golf cart and it’s definitely a game changer and so glad we rented it with the condo. We will definitely be back! :)

Nice place
Nice place, golf cart is handy. Had a good time - you will be micro-managed through your stay (expect some over communication) and make sure you follow the many, many rules. Some people are OK with that, I found it a bit overbearing but that is just me. Aside from that it is hard to go wrong staying in Baytowne and this unit is nicely appointed and convenient to all the stuff around. Would stay again.

The condo was everything we could have hoped for, it is larger than the pictures made it look. Comfortable bed and nice living arrangement. Cooked most of our own food, but there are some good restaurants close by for the occasional treat. Rented the golf cart, which is a must. Lots of places to look around in Baytown and the cart will get you to the Beach, shopping, a movie or the store in style. Would stay here again !

Everything we could hope for!
Our trip was amazing! The location is perfect for a family with small children. The golf cart was a perfect touch to our stay. We were able to zip to the grocery store on the golf cart without getting into any rush hour traffic. We could take the golf cart to the beach without waits or parking issues. The surrounding dining areas are versatile and very friendly. Dave was easy to communicate with and got back to me quickly. We hope to be back next summer!

Looking for a perfect condo in Sandestin? You just found it.
I genuinely couldn't rate our experience at Baytowne Condo highly enough. From start to finish it was absolutely flawless. It is exactly as advertised with lots of thoughtful details and touches. The owner, Dave, is fantastic and dealing with him was a pleasure. The condo itself is extremely well equipped (far better than other apartments we've stayed in) and in a fantastic location. We so enjoyed every moment of our stay and would love to come back again in the future.
