4220 Beachside ll - Stunning views of the Pool and Beach from the Balcony! BRAND NEW GOLF CART!

*The Beachside II pool renovation project will occur now through JULY 15, 2025. During this time, the pool and pool deck, as well as beach access and walkover, will be closed. For the duration of the project, guests will have access to the Phil Hummel Pool and NEW SOA Owners Pool on the north side of the resort. Guests can access the beach from the resort’s private beach access, the Hilton public beach access or the Beach House Restaurant – all located less than .25 miles from Beachside II.

This lovely 2nd floor condo has beautiful balcony views of the gulf with easy access to the pool and the beach. This recently repainted condo offers a newly designed bedroom and a freshly decorated living area. Cheerful furnishings, cozy seating, and a sleeper sofa invite you to relax and enjoy the beach vibe. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to whip up a meal for the family. The master bedroom is comfortably furnished with a king bed, an HDTV, and offers a stunning view of the swimming pool and beach. Guests can enjoy a brand new 4-seat golf cart, perfect for exploring the Resort with ease! For convenience, there is a washer/dryer, and WIFI is complimentary. Tram service to the Village of Baytowne Wharf is included. Note: The hallway that leads to the condo front door is accessed by 3 steps - there is no ramp.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.

Loved everything about our weekend trip here. The convenience of location and golf cart was great. Pool was never crowded and the beach was gorgeous. First time in SanDestin but not our last!

Great trip!
Thoroughly enjoyed our brief 3 night stay in 4220 Beachside II. Very nice condo in excellent condition and a fantastic location within the massive resort. Neal with Beach Blue Properties was very responsive and easy to work with. Beaches in Sandestin are extremely crowded but we knew that going in. We’d stay again.

The property was very clean and the location was amazing! Having 2 littles (2yo and 8mo) the location of the pool and beach to the property were perfect! You literally take a few stairs and steps and you are on the beach! The golf cart was an added fun family time! I highly recommend this Vrbo and we plan to stay here again!

We could not have had a better view. I truly enjoyed our Monday - Friday stay at the perfect time of year to visit. This was our 4th visit in the San Destin resort community and Beachside II is now my favorite location. The property could use some deep cleaning but we would definitely book again.

Best family vacation spot
We had the BEST family vacation staying here for the week. We have a 17 mo old and it was the perfect space and location for us. Beach and pool view. Blackout curtains on all windows to help with sleep at night but also with naps. Parking is the same floor so it was easy to get in and get out. The golf cart was awesome and we loved being able to use that to get around the property and our son loved the rides. This location is perfect and aided in a stress free and fun family vacation. Check out grand blvd shops and the wharf! We will definitely be back!

It’s a great room, The location is a bit awkward right next to an entry door. If there’s a lot of foot traffic then you hear the door a lot. Room is super tho.

super convenient location inside the property. closest room to the doors leading to the beach and the elevator. fantastic view of the beach & pool. very secure.. passcodes to get everywhere. plenty of space for 2 of us, could accommodate 3-4 comfortably. the property manager & hospitality app made everything super easy. would definitely book again.

We went to Publix, Starbucks, Baytown restaurants and nightlife, and shopping on it. Beach access was close by and easy- never used an elevator but didn’t mind the stairs. Our only complaint was that we couldn’t figure out how to turn the lighting off above the kitchen cabinets and it was just a little too close to the pool to be able to enjoy some privacy of the balcony.

Kitchen needs updated with supplies to cook. Also need more glassware options and plastic cups. The property also has too many beach chairs that go unrented, which makes the beach even more crowded than it already is.

The room view was awesome overlooking the pool, with viewing of the beach and ocean in the background. Great experience!

Beautiful view, easy access to the beach. Not too clean and needs to be updated. Change shower curtains, change curtains to the window and patio door, bathroom ceiling leaked, needs to be painted, shower curtains filthy, there was hair in the bathroom upon arrival.
