Experience uninterrupted tranquility this spring and summer at Beachside II! Our newly remodeled beachfront building is now open, and all construction has concluded! Minor additional work to resume in fall of 2024.

This lovely 2nd floor condo has beautiful balcony views of the gulf with easy access to the pool and the beach. This recently repainted condo offers a newly designed bedroom and a freshly decorated living area. Cheerful furnishings, cozy seating, and a sleeper sofa invite you to relax and enjoy the beach vibe. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to whip up a meal for the family. The master bedroom is comfortably furnished with a king bed, an HDTV, and offers a stunning view of the swimming pool and beach. Guests can enjoy a brand new 4-seat golf cart, perfect for exploring the Resort with ease! For convenience, there is a washer/dryer, and WIFI is complimentary. Tram service to the Village of Baytowne Wharf is included. Note: The hallway that leads to the condo front door is accessed by 3 steps - there is no ramp.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.

The property was very clean and the location was amazing! Having 2 littles (2yo and 8mo) the location of the pool and beach to the property were perfect! You literally take a few stairs and steps and you are on the beach! The golf cart was an added fun family time! I highly recommend this Vrbo and we plan to stay here again!

We could not have had a better view. I truly enjoyed our Monday - Friday stay at the perfect time of year to visit. This was our 4th visit in the San Destin resort community and Beachside II is now my favorite location. The property could use some deep cleaning but we would definitely book again.

Ms.Bette was very friendly and helpful. She provided me with all the information we needed the day before. She contacted us when the room was ready. The view was beautiful, my kids did not want to leave. The oldest wanted to leave in that room specifically. Lol . Very convenient and easy to get to the beach with a toddler and all the necessary items needed for a toddler on the beach.We enjoyed our stay, it was a very good experience.

The condo is spacious for a 1 bedroom, comfortable bed, nice views, very convenient location in the building. It is one of the cleanest VRBO's that I've stayed in. It it is a little worn. Some of the furniture has clearly been around, fixtures are old, walls marked, etc. The building itself is more than worn, it is old. One watch out is the washer/dryer. Both are tiny. It took the laundry a very long time to dry just because of the size. Lastly, I found the process with the renting agency to be unusual. There was a contract outside of the process with VRBO with a deadline to sign and numerous aggressive e-mails and another trip insurance company was suggested. It was unexpected/annoying.
