White sands and beautiful sunsets
This was our first time to Destin. I was amazed by the beauty of the beaches. Great walking trails, good food, excellent shopping and beautiful location. Our rental property was very comfortable. Large kitchen made cooking easy and fun for the entire family. I am not sure what was my favorite part of the condo, the huge kitchen counter, the wrap around balcony or the 3 bathrooms!!!

Stunning!
The pictures of this condo didn’t do this place justice. It was absolutely stunning! No complaints about our stay whatsoever. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, coffee pot, etc. The view was absolutely incredible and the walk to the beach was only 5 minutes. It was an absolute great location. So many things to see and explore right around the corner! We will be coming back for sure!

Our usual condo was booked solid, so this was our first time staying at Ariel Dunes. The condo location was great, everything is nearby. Check-in was a breeze, the condo was very clean, and all the info we needed was emailed ahead of time. The condo is on the 21st floor, so you have amazing views of the water. It was so nice to wake up and watch the waves. The small den with its own balcony was great for my middle schooler to hang out in the evenings and watch tv or play video games. We're already lookin at dates to book again!

Paradise in Miramar
This would make my Family’s 2nd hrs Thanksgiving tradition in Miramar. We ABSOLUTELY Loved Everything about this Condo! Had a little hickup getting in early but was Quickly resolved. My ONLY negative about our stay was...we learned the hard way that All of us couldn’t take showers in all Bathrooms at the same time (water was cold!) But we learned from our mistake. Would DEFINITELY recommend this place, and would DEFINITELY Stay there Again (Soon!)

Stayed here for 4 nights for fall break. Gorgeous view from 21st floor. Clean beach, nice place to stay. Condo unit was very clean. Convenient to lots of stores and restaurants. Only a few minutes walk to the beach. Great stay! Nothing negative other than it needs another skillet (12 inch) or 2 in the kitchen. And the big tv in the master bedroom should be in the living room. Not as fun to have family movie nights on the small tv in the living room. Really had a nice stay !! Thank you!

This is a beautiful unit! Just a couple things I wish they would’ve left extra toilet paper a couple laundry pods coffee coffee filters etc. just the small things would’ve been a really nice gesture especially when you’re getting in late at night

What a fantastic condo/beach vacation! The condo is beautiful as is the surrounding area. Location is amazing and the balcony is better than it looks online. Stunning views or the beach and sunrise. Very few things to improve... Kitchen is bare bones stocked, and only one set of tableware for 6. We ran the dishwasher after each meal. Patio cushions were still missing. We used one back cushion as a seat cushion to get by. Absolutely beautfiul though. We will 100% return.

Location is great. Views from unit are awesome. The unit has a lovely aesthetic. The photos are dated. The cabinets are peeling, furniture on balcony is missing most cushions. The unit has the absolute bare basics. I had to purchase a cutting board, skillet, spatula, measuring cups/spoons, glasses for drinking and blankets for beds. The word sparse is fitting. The toilet in master bath ran constantly but management company did not respond. We have stayed in many units in this building. And will probably do so again.

Before we even made it to the condo I received a call/text that my reservation would be cancelled if I didn’t sign the rental agreement, which I had NOT received. When I called, the lady was VERY rude and acted as if I was a deadbeat. Fast forward to check in- the listing says 3 pm and checkout is 11 but then I was informed that it’s actually 4 and checkout is 10. We were able to get in about twenty min early. I had asked about parking passes and never heard anything so we paid for two only to get in and find them upstairs. The location of this condo was great. The setup was great and overall clean. It could definitely use a little refresh. The balcony furniture was a bit raggedy and the inside dining chairs pretty dirty. The microwave was busted too. I was happy with the amount of kitchen stuff along with the laundry pods and dish soap and plenty of towels.

Attention to the cleanliness is needed in this unit. Obvious that no extra effort was made despite Covid. We had planned to wipe surfaces down upon our arrival which made it obvious - light switches, door handles, etc .. very visibly dirty. One of the screens on the patio was majorly ripped and flapping in the wind. I saw that a large knife was on top of the refrigerator.. when I retrieved it - the top of the refrigerator was filthy. The fans and chandelier were so dusty that we couldn’t use the fans. Nice unit, but someone needs to spend time getting it squared away. Checking out of this place takes forever because of the limited luggage carts, and elevators. Not specific to the unit .. but in general - the tourist and general population - almost zero effort to social distance, mask wearing almost non-exisistant. The beach was packed.
