ELATION is the complex built in The Village of Baytowne Wharf™, just steps from a variety of restaurants, shopping & entertainment.

RELAX on your private balcony to peaceful, serene views of lush green golf course & sunsets over the bay. The sunset photo shown was taken from this balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped along with a Keurig coffee maker and has seating for four.

Accommodations include a king bed plus queen sleeper sofa.

The pool area, located in the gardens, is just steps away. Soak up the rays poolside or relax in the hot tub. The pool has been designed as zero for small children.

This condo includes easy access to a covered parking garage. Also, included is tram access for transportation to our pristine white sand beaches & emerald waters!

ELATION places each guest in the center of the Village of Baytowne Wharf™. Take part in any of the year-round festivals and countless seasonal events in the Events Plaza, just steps away.

Sandestin™ is by far one of the most beautiful resorts in all of Northwest Florida. The amenities and activities that Sandestin offers are unbelievable; you never have to leave the resort if you don’t want to. There are 11 miles of paved pathways for bicycling or jogging, 14+ tennis courts, basketball courts and of course the 3 championship golf courses to choose from. We enjoyed the short walk down to the Bayside village to visit the bay, eat at one of the many restaurants, shop and play. The views from our condo were stunning. To the right, we had a view of the golf course and to the left was a view of the bay. It was stunning at sunset! The pictures don’t do this condo justice. I’m going to miss sitting on the patio as well as looking out the large windows from the living room and bedroom. The condo itself was a great size for our family of four. One of our boys slept on the sleeper sofa and we brought a blow up mattress for our oldest son. There wasn’t any hot water at the kitchen but it wasn’t too much of a problem for us since there was a dishwasher. We enjoyed the chairs and umbrella at the beach. That was an added bonus I hadn’t counted on. The tram ride to the beach went much smoother than I had imagined. We plan on coming back to Elation in the future.

Nice place good location
Getting to the correct building was a little bit of a problem. One of the bellboys at the hotel helped a lot. Once we figured it out was a very good location. Easy walk to Main Street. Underground parking next to the elevator. What could be easier. Unit was good for the two of us. Had thought about another couple, would have been really tight. For the two of us worked well. Very comfortable.
