This family friendly condo is owner updated. Guests enjoy the comforts of home with comfortable furniture n fully stocked kitchen and complimentary beach service during peak season (mid March through October 31st)

4405 is located on 4th floor with Beautiful Gulf view from living area or while relaxing on private balcony before journeying down to the 2.5 acres of privately owned Beach, gated shore access as you enjoy beach service with one umbrella and two chairs.

MARAVILLA boasts two community pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, hot tub, and club house. Have expanded complimentary equipment from cornhole bags to shuffle board sticks/pucks, tennis rackets/balls, pickle ball gear, and basketballs. Simply pick up what you need and return it to clubhouse lobby after use.

Meanwhile explore all the fun Destin has to offer, Maravilla’s location in Miramar Beach puts you at the center of shopping, Gulf front restaurants, Championship golfing at eight courses, seasonal activities, and concerts nearby.

****Building 4 will be undergoing work from Aug 19 - Nov 11, Prices are discounted to account for that work being done outside the unit. Balcony access will not be available for this time August 19 - September 16. Crews work from Approx 8am until 5pm usually skipping Saturday and Sunday depending on the work progressed.

Fall family vacation
This was our first time staying at the Maravilla. Location was awesome. Kids loved the pools, gym, and pickle ball!! The condo was beautiful and very clean. Check in was easy. Will definitely stay again!

Great week!
We had the best week! Place was very clean and nice. Comfortable beds and plenty of room. Kitchen had everything we needed! Only down side to our stay was the construction we weren't aware of. We couldn’t use the balcony and it was very noisy. But other than that we loved having beach chairs and an umbrella everyday! Thank you for a great week!

Great location, but not 3 bedrooms
This is a great location near the beach. It was clean, with nice pools and other amenities. It is listed as 3 bedrooms but the 2nd "bedroom" is an open loft area with a bed, which you have to walk through to get to the 3rd bedroom. Very misleading because I thought, from the description, each adult couple would have their own room.
