The home was beautifully decorated, clean, and had all amenities we were looking for. Also, the location was excellent. Just a close walk to the Village and two golf carts made getting to the beach a snap. Thanks to Eric for giving us an awesome stay at Sandestin!

Beautiful property with great proximity to Baytowne wharf and golf courses. Comfy couches and bedroom linens. Two very nice six seater golf carts to allow access to beach and wharf. Overall experience was excellent. I recommend this property to any family

Highly recommend this house! It was very clean and organized. Great neighborhood and the proximity to the beach and local restaurants is perfect for the golf carts. Eric (the owner) was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Will definitely be back! 6 star review if I could!!!!

Overall we were disappointed in this rental. It was pet friendly that was a huge plus. The owner was timely on his responses to the problems/situations we encountered. It is in desperate need of a deep clean.

A Luxurious Sandestin Gem!
This property is A+ to say the least! I looked for hours for the perfect place in Sandestin for my group of 8 and this one was perfect. A bathroom for every room, 2 six-seater golf carts, plush furniture, beds, and bedding, spacious rooms, high-end kitchen, washer and dryer... I'm not sure what more you could possibly want?! (Beds are super comfy!) Eric's instructions for check-in, check-out, and everything in between, were spot on and easy to follow. Something I loved that other properties don't always provide, was plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry pods. The only essentials we had to buy were paper plates, and that was just our preference, as there were plenty of dishes for use. Also, there is a small garage full of beach items for your use! I can't say enough about this property and Eric! And, of course, the Sandestin Resort and all it's close amenities included with your rental (pools, restaurants, groceries, and the beach) were amazing, as always! We will definitely be looking for Eric's properties for our future trips to the emerald coast!

Girls trip!
We had a great time. The beds were all comfortable from the mattresses to the sheets.we all slept great. It’s convenient to everything. The two golf carts were more than we needed and were so fun. Super easy to get to the beach with plenty of beach chairs, noodles, umbrellas etc. the only negative was that it had to end! We hope to come back!!

My friends and I stayed at this property for a bachelorette party! The property was beautiful and we had a lot of fun! The location was perfect for everything that we wanted to do! The host, Eric, was more than accommodating and answered questions that I had prior to the trip within minutes of me messaging him! 10/10 would recommend!

Great family vacation!
We loved staying here! The location was fun even though across from the beach. We loved being so close to the shops and restaurants at Baytowne and we loved going to listen to live music at hotel Effie. We especially loved the 2 golf carts! Was nice and cool riding over to the beach with the cover and the breeze. The condo itself was clean and spacious and updated. The owner got back to us immediately. We definitely would stay here again!!

Great house with a couple bad policies
House was very clean and had nice golf carts. However , there were small things that we got fined for without any warnings such as slightly parking our van on the grass. I would be careful of what you can and cannot do. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

My family enjoyed this property. We started off a little rocky with the cleanliness, however the issue was resolved. We loved the home away from home environment. The rooms were simply beautiful, spacious, resources were plentiful. The golf carts were splendid. My family loved the rides to and from the beaches, the entire area. We loved the decor... Great trip! Loved the house and convenience of golf carts. Would be helpful to have a book of house instructions and what is close by, best route to beach, etc. Only surprise was that the couch was not a hide-away but rather an air mattress. Would not have changed our stay! Would definitely book again! Great communication with host, super prompt!

We were extremely happy with the property. 4 of us had plenty of room to spread out after golf each day and relax. House is close enough to the Village to be really convenient. We'll definitely try to stay here again next time.
