Spanning three floors and over 5100 square feet, the home offers ten bedrooms, ten bathrooms and ample room for entertaining including an impressive sparkling blue swimming pool and hot tub. In addition, guests may enjoy the rooftop observation deck with panoramic views of the Emerald Coast, a private garage and an outdoor kitchen with generous lounge space. There is a fully stocked chef's kitchen featuring the latest appliances, a grand island with seating and a walk-in pantry. For your convenience, there are two spacious laundry rooms. The home is equipped with SmartTV’s and wifi.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
