They assigned me a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable guide, Nasser. The hotel is very clean and quiet and is situated in a very safe area with plentiful restaurants, cafes, eateries, and an ATM just across from the hotel."

"This hotel is excellent. Very clean spacious rooms, nice interior design, great restaurant and perfect view of the pyramids. Staff was friendly for the most part. You can walk to the pyramids. Outside the hotel there are locals trying sell you stuff and taxis drivers trying to get business which can get annoying. Good security guard who can come out to fend them off and make sure you are okay."

"Beautiful, luxurious rooms with a very comfy bed. Bathrooms are stunning. Very polite and courteous staff. River view room is a must if you want peace and quiet as the city/park view rooms are on a very noisy road which kept us up all night. On this occasion, the hotel was amazing and moved us, but it wasn't busy, so there may not always be a possibility to move rooms. Breakfast very expensive ($36) for what it is, so wouldn't recommend.
