"This log cabin is the perfect getaway for a couple or family looking for a retreat Homie Vacay! The accommodations are superb. The home is clean and fully stocked with necessities in the bathrooms and kitchen. The decor is lovely. The beds are comfortable. It’s away from the hustle and bustle. Very hospitable with farm raised eggs in the refrigerator. They were delicious! The domesticated pigs and goats around the home were friendly. We will definitely be back!"

"We arrived after snow so never got to experience outdoors because it was a cold weekend but the house was great. Lorraine had coffee, tea, hot chocolate, blankets and everything you could need for a warm weekend. House is conveniently located near wintergreen and some wineries and breweries. When we thought there may be a freeze Lorraine came out and salted the driveway and made sure we’d have no issues getting in and out. House is perfectly stocked and styles. Thanks for having us! Check in/check out was a breeze and communication with Diana couldn't have been smoother, she was very responsive! The home was spotless and cozy in every way! Location was perfect, nestled right in the mountains of wintergreen but accessible and close to all our favorite winery spots! The house was well stocked with cookware/utensils and was perfect for us to host our family holiday dinner. "The main downer was there was no information on how many steps down to get to unit. Terrible lighting inside and out. Broken transition piece on floor between living and kitchen was dangerous. Host never communicated until two days before when I finally called asking for information. Very old scratched Teflon cookware. Unit needed updating. "
