"This place exceeded our expectations. The cabin is very cozy and comfortable, the beach is a real gem and the views are wonderful. We stayed at The Pearl for Christmas 2024 and it was really great. Would strongly suggest for a couple or small family looking for a comfyt get-away on the water close, but not too close, to Charlotte."

Host is very friendly. Stayed with my pooch. Affordable and quaint. Be very careful on the stairs to the loft they are narrow and steep. And becareful pulling in and out of the driveway. There is a decent culvert at the end and I bottomed out on my tow hitch. Otherwise loved this spot!"

"Went to the Mayo Bowl and we were able to walk to wherever we wanted/needed to go. 10 minutes to great restaurants, 20 minutes to the stadium. JUST ONE THING: A pad of paper, as well as a writing utensil would be wonderful! Ran into an urgent situation, and could not write down some info..."

"The property was as advertised. Very comfortable for five (5) adults. A/C was very good. Best of all, it was in easy walking distance to Bank of America Stadium! Only one small complaint: I couldn't get the coffee making appliance (Nespresso) to work. We could not find any of those cups at the grocery store, so we couldn't make coffee at the house. Perhaps a Keurig would be better?"
