"We liked the friendly staff and the clean hotel and rooms. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of Japanese and Western food. The location is close by the subway and a popular restaurant/shopping district. This was my first time using a public bath, and I found the experience relaxing. The hotel offers 1 large hot water pool indoors and 2 smaller pools outside. The locker room area offers free water and other amenities to make the experience comfortable. "

"The price is good for the weekend. The property is dated. Room is spacious but the washroom is very tiny even for petit ladies. Despite we had a non-smoking room, the room itself still has a faint cigarette smell. The shower head was hard to secure. We appreciate that the room has a kettle. It's within walkable distance of Oasis 21 but quite far from the other shopping areas. We used luggage delivery multiple times throughout out our trip and this is the only hotel that made us buy the luggage cover for 290 yen each. Overall it was an OK stay and I would stay here again if better options are not available. "
